Claims (8)

  1. (a) 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로프로피온산 유도체를 티오우레아와 반응시켜 하기일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 제조하고,
    (b) 필요하다면, 상기 화합물을 가수분해(선택적)하여 하기일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하고,
    (c) 임의로, W가 >C=O기를 나타낼 때, 상기 단계(a) 또는 단계 (b)에서 제조된 화합물을 환원시켜 W가 >CH-OH기를 나타내는 화합물을 제조하고,
    (d) 임의로, W가 >CH=OH기를 나타낼 때, 이 화합물을 아실화하여 W가 >CH-OH6'의 기(식중 R6는 수소원자를 제외하고 R6에서 정의한 바와 같다)를 나타내는 화합물을 수득하고,
    (e) 필요하다면, 생성물을 염화시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 약학적으로 수용할 수 있는 그의 염의 제조방법.
    [상기 식들중, R1및 R2는 같거나 서로 다르며, 각각 수소원자 또는 C1~C|5아킬기를 나타내고, R3는 수소원자, C1~C5지방족아실기, 지환족아실기, 방향족아실기, 복소환아실기, 아르지방족아실기,(C1~C6알콕시) 카르보닐기 또는 아르알킬옥시카르보닐기를 나타내며;R4및 R5는 같거나, 서로 다르고 각각 수소원자, C1~C|5아킬기 또는 C1~C5알콕시기를 나타내거나, R4및 R5는 함께 C1~C4알킬렌디옥시기를 나타내며;n은 1,2 또는 3이고; W는 -CH2-, >CO 또는 >CH-OR6기(R6는 R3에서 정의한 원자 또는 기중의 하나를 나타내며, R3과 같거나 서로 다를 수 있다)를 나타내며; Y 및 Z는 같거나 서로 다르고 각각 산소원자 또는 이미노(=NH)기를 나타내며; X는 할로겐원자를 나타내고; A는 시아노기, 카르복시기, 알콕시카르보닐기, 카르바모일기 또는 일반식 -COO(M)m의 기(M은 양이온을 나타내고, m은 양이온 M의 원자가의 역수를 나타낸다)를 나타낸다]
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 반응이 유기용매존재하에 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(b)의 가수분해가 용매 및 유기산 또는 무기산 중에서 수행되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(c)의 환원이 보로하이드라이드에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(d)의 아실화가 산할라이드 또는 산수물에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(e)의 염화가 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속 또는 3가의 금속의 수산화물 또는 알콕시드에 의해 수행되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 단계(a)의 반응이 유기용매 존재하에 수행되고, 단계(b)의 가수분해가 용매 및 유기산 또는 무기산 중에서 수행되고, 단계(c)의 환원이 브로하이드라이드에 의해 수행되고, 단계(d)의 아실화가 산할라이드 또는 산수물에 의해 수행되고, 단계(e)의 염화가 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속 또는 3가의 금속의 수산화물 또는 알콕시드에 의해 수행되는 방법.
