Claims (5)
- 파워 피스톤과, 상기 파워 피스톤 내에서 브레이크 페달과 연동하는 푸쉬 로드와, 상기 푸쉬 로드와 연동하고, 일측이 개구되며, 상기 개구된 일측 면에 관통홀이 형성된 에어 밸브와, 상기 에어 밸브의 일측에 삽입되며, 상기 관통홀에 대향하도록 베어링 홈이 형성된 플런저와, 상기 관통홀로 삽입되어 상기 베어링 홈에 안착된 볼 베어링과, 상기 에어 밸브의 일측 외주면에 장착되고, 상기 볼 베어링과 접촉하는 슬리브 및 상기 슬리브를 가압하는 슬리브 스프링을 포함하는 자동차용 패닉 부스터에 있어서,상기 슬리브 스프링은 패닉 기능의 시작점을 고정하도록 일측이 상기 파워 피스톤에 접촉하고, 타측이 상기 슬리브에 접촉하는 스프링 하우징 내에 수용된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 패닉 부스터.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 스프링 하우징은:내부에 공간이 형성된 제1 하우징; 및일측이 상기 제1 하우징의 내부 공간에 삽입되어 상기 내부 공간에서 왕복 운동을 할 수 있으며, 상기 슬리브 스프링이 수용되는 제2 하우징을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 패닉 부스터.
- 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 제2 하우징의 일측단부 외주면에는 상방 걸림턱이 형성되고,상기 제2 하우징의 일측단부가 삽입되는 상기 제1 하우징의 타측단부 내주면에는 하방 걸림턱이 형성되며,상기 상방 걸림턱과 상기 하방 걸림턱의 접촉 시 상기 슬리브 스프링은 최대로 팽창되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 패닉 부스터.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 제2 하우징에 수용된 상기 슬리브 스프링은 일측이 상기 제1 하우징의 하방 걸림턱에 접촉하고, 타측이 상기 제2 하우징의 폐쇄된 타측단부에 접촉하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 패닉 부스터.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 상방 걸림턱과 상기 하방 걸림턱이 접촉된 지점에서 상기 패닉 기능의 작동이 시작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 패닉 부스터.
