Claims (5)
- 금속 볼부를 갖는 내측 부재와, 이 내측 부재의 볼부를 지지하는 볼 받침부를 갖고, 상기 내측 부재와 상대적으로 요동 혹은 회전 운동 가능하게 연결하는 외측 부재를 구비한 구면 베어링의 제조 방법이며,상기 내측 부재의 볼부를 코어로서 형 내에 인서트한 상태에서 사출 성형을 행하고, 이러한 볼부를 덮는 수지 라이너를 성형하고,상기 볼부 및 수지 라이너를 코어로서 형 내에 인서트한 주조에 의해, 상기 수지 라이너를 덮고 또한 상기 볼부와 비접촉인 외측 부재를 성형하고, 게다가,상기 주조의 종료 후에, 내측 부재의 볼부를 통해 상기 볼부를 덮고 있는 수지 라이너를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구면 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조 종료 후 수지 라이너의 가열 온도는, 이러한 수지 라이너의 유리 전이점(Tg) 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 구면 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주조의 종료 후에, 내측 부재의 볼부를 통해 상기 볼부를 덮고 있는 수지 라이너를 가열하는 동시에, 이러한 볼부를 가압하여 탄성 변형시킴으로써, 상기 수지 라이너를 외측 부재를 향해 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구면 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 외측 부재를 주조한 후, 상기 볼부에 생크를 압접시키는 동시에 이들 생크 및 볼부에 전극을 접속하고, 생크와 볼부를 프로젝션 용접하면서, 이러한 용접시의 열에 의해 상기 수지 라이너를 가열하고, 또 상기 생크의 압접력에 의해 볼부를 탄성 변형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 구면 베어링의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내측 부재의 볼부에는 피연결체를 고정하기 위한 관통 구멍이 형성되어 있고, 상기 주조의 종료 후 이 관통 구멍에 코일을 삽입하고, 이러한 코일에 대해 고주파 전압을 인가함으로써 상기 수지 라이너를 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구면 베어링의 제조 방법.
