Description
Claims (3)
- 第一の機械要素が連結される軸部材を有すると共に、当該軸部材の先端にボール部を有するボールスタッドと、
第二の機械要素が連結される固定部を有すると共に、前記ボール部を中子とした鋳造によって成形されて当該ボール部の最大直径部を覆い、前記ボール部を揺動中心として前記第一の機械要素と第二の機械要素とを揺動自在に連結するホルダと、
前記ボールスタッドの軸部材と交差する方向へ前記ホルダから突出し、前記ボール部と異なる第二の揺動中心を形成して第三の機械要素の連結部となり、前記ホルダを鋳造する際に当該ホルダと一体化される揺動支軸と、を備えたことを特徴とするボールジョイント。 - 前記揺動支軸は円柱状の軸部材であり、その両端部が前記ホルダの本体部から互いに相反する方向へ向けて突出していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のボールジョイント。
- 前記揺動支軸は前記ホルダの本体部によって被覆される部位に係止溝を有していることを特徴とする請求項2記載のボールジョイント。
