Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は、飲料の調製のためにカートリツジで
使用するのに好適なフイルタと、該フイルタを有
するカートリツジとに関する。
従来の技術 スイス国特許第605293号は、その基部に縁を有
しほぼ截頭円錐形の形状の流体密体部と、該基部
を閉じる薄膜と、該薄膜に隣接するフイルタとか
ら成る飲料、特にエスプレツソコーヒーの調製の
ためのカートリツジに関する。
使用されるフイルタは、ポリプロピレンの0.04
mmから0.06mmまでの目の網である。該フイルタ
は、それを全く魅力的でない様にする幾つかの欠
点を有している。該フイルタの溶接性は、良好で
はない。該フイルタは、カートリツジの抽出の
際、15バールまでの圧力の作用の下で端縁におい
て変形または破断される劣つた機械的強度を示
す。該フイルタは、カートリツジの製造の際にし
わ形成の問題、即ち、端縁が完全には流体密でな
いことの問題を与え、従つて、カートリツジ内へ
の酸素の侵入によつてコーヒーの品質保持に影響
を及ぼす問題を課す。最後に、得られるコーヒー
の品質は、満足すべきものではなく、即ち、コー
ヒーの抽出レベルは、最適化されず、エスプレツ
ソコーヒーの代表的なフロス（froth）の品質も
最適化されない。
発明の要約 本発明の目的は、如何なる上述の欠点をも持た
ずカートリツジに使用するのに好適なフイルタを
飲料、特にエスプレツソコーヒーの愛好者に提供
することである。本発明は、飲料の調製用カート
リツジに使用するのに好適であつて、各々の形状
が截頭円錐、截頭ピラミツドまたは截頭四面体で
あつて均等に分布された同一寸法の開口部を有す
るフイルタに関する。
開口部が截頭円錐形である実施例では、小ベー
スの直径は、0.1mmから0.3mmまでであり、大ベー
スの直径は、0.2mmから0.5mmまでである。
開口部の形状が截頭ピラミツド形である実施例
では、小ベースの正方形の対角線は、0.1mmから
0.3mmまでであり、大ベースの正方形の対角線は、
0.2mmから0.5mmまでである。
開口部が等辺截頭四面体の形状の場合には、小
ベースの三角形の辺は、0.1mmから0.3mmまでであ
り、大ベースの三角形の辺は、0.2mmから0.5mmま
でである。本発明の関係では、飲料は、焙炒擂砕
コーヒーから得られる飲料および茶、ハツカ、ク
マツヅラまたは任意のその他の抽出可能な方向物
質から得られる飲料の双方である様に解釈され
る。しかしながら一般に、問題の飲料は、エスプ
レツソコーヒーである。
本発明によるフイルタでは、各開口部は、高さ
がフイルタの厚さにほぼ等しいニツプルをその小
ベース端部に有している。フイルタのこの厚さ
は、通常0.2mmから0.6mmまでであり、好ましくは
0.3mmから0.4mmまでである。
フイルタに使用される材料は、金属、好ましく
は熱シール用ラツカーを塗布されたアルミニウ
ム、ニツケルまたは食品に適合性で100℃の温度
および15バールの圧力に耐え得る樹脂材料であ
る。
本発明によるフイルタは、形状が円形であり、
20mmから50mm、好ましくは約30mmの直径を有して
いる。該フイルタは、70から200までの開口部、
好ましくは80から90までの開口部を有している。
一層特別な截頭円錐形の実施例では、各開口部
は、直径が0.2mmの小ベースと、直径が0.3mmまた
は0.45mmの大ベースとを有している。
また、本発明は、上述のフイルタを有する飲料
調製用カートリツジに関する。カートリツジと
は、スイス国特許第605293号によるカートリツジ
およびフイルタを備えることを必要とする任意の
その他の型式のカートリツジの双方を意味する。
該フイルタは、ニツプルを有する面が抽出される
べき物質に面する様にカートリツジ内に配置され
る。擂砕コーヒーを収容するカートリツジの場合
には、開口部の円錐形は、得られるエスプレツソ
コーヒー上の一層長く持続するフロスの形成を与
える。コーヒーに対向するニツプルの存在は、ニ
ツプルが擂砕コーヒーの粒子または微粒子による
フイルタの詰りを防止するために望ましい。
しかしながら、コーヒー側にニツプルを有する
約半分の開口部と、コーヒーの反対側に他の半分
のニツプルとを持つフイルタを備えることも可能
である。また、コーヒーの反対側に総てのニツプ
ルを有するフイルタは、企図されてもよい。
本発明は、添付図面を参照して次に更に詳細に
説明される。
実施例 フイルタ１は、アルミニウムで作られ、第１図
に示す実施例では、８７の開口部２を有してい
る。これ等の開口部２は、第２図に更に詳細に示
される。第２図に示す様に、小ベース４は、0.2
mmの直径を有し、大ベース５は、0.3mmの直径を
有している。ニツプル３は、0.3mmの高さを有し
ている。フイルタの厚さは、0.4mmである。
本発明によるフイルタは、コーヒーのカートリ
ツジを消費者に提供し、これにより、良好なエス
プレツソコーヒーの特性、即ち、滑らかなフロ
ス、コーヒーの持続する風味およびコーヒーの良
好な抽出性を効果的に組合わす飲料を調製するの
が可能である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ 飲料調製用密封型カートリツジに使用するの
    に好適なフイルタにおいて、均等に分布され、各
    各が、截頭円錐、截頭ピラミツドまたは截頭四面
    体の形状の、同一寸法の開口部を有し、前記開口
    部の各々が、該開口部の小さい開口側に、高さが
    フイルタの厚さにほぼ等しいニツプルを備えるこ
    とを特徴とするフイルタ。 ２ 飲料調製用密封型カートリツジにおいて、請
    求項第１項記載の１枚のフイルタを有し、前記ニ
    ツプルを有するフイルタの面が、抽出されるべき
    物質に面することを特徴とするカートリツジ。
