本发明涉及金属网技术领域，尤其涉及一种蜂窝状金属网。
背景技术
金属网在使用过程中由于结构强度低，在安装的过程中容易变形，导致金属网的过滤效果受到严重影响。
因此，发明一种蜂窝状金属网是十分必要的。
发明内容
针对现有技术中，金属网存在的缺陷，本发明的一个主要目的在于提供一种蜂窝状金属网。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种蜂窝状金属网，骨架、筋板和金属网；中间带孔的圆盘形骨架外边缘安装有若干筋板，相邻的所述筋板之间安装有一呈扇形的金属网，所述金属网孔呈蜂窝状，且所述金属网外边缘设有一金属包边。
优选地，所述金属网采用不锈钢钢丝制成。
优选地，所述筋板、骨架采用塑料材料制成。
本发明采用塑料材料的筋板、骨架与包覆在金属网孔外边缘的包边，整体结构强度高，且制造安装方便，在安装使用过程中不容易变形，避免了变形影响使用效果。

如图1所示，该蜂窝状金属网，包括骨架1、筋板2和金属网3；中间带孔的圆盘形骨架1外边缘安装有若干筋板2，相邻的筋板2之间安装有一呈扇形的金属网3，金属网3网孔呈蜂窝状，且金属网3外边缘设有一金属包边，金属网3采用不锈钢钢丝制成，筋板2、骨架1采用塑料材料制成。
本发明采用塑料材料的筋板2、骨架1与包覆在金属网孔外边缘的包边，整体结构强度高，且制造安装方便，在安装使用过程中不容易变形，避免了变形影响使用效果。
利用本发明所述的技术方案，或本领域的技术人员在本发明技术方案的启发下，设计出类似的技术方案，而达到上述技术效果的，均是落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种蜂窝状金属网，其特征在于，包括骨架（1）、筋板（2）和金属网（3）；中间带孔的圆盘形骨架（1）外边缘安装有若干筋板（2），相邻的所述筋板（2）之间安装有一呈扇形的金属网（3），所述金属网（3）网孔呈蜂窝状，且所述金属网（3）外边缘设有一金属包边。
2.如权利要求1所述的蜂窝状金属网，其特征在于，所述金属网（3）采用不锈钢钢丝制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的蜂窝状金属网，其特征在于，所述筋板（2）、骨架（1）采用塑料材料制成。
