Claims (8)
- 装置であって、
車載エネルギー蓄積装置と、
外部電源から電力を受け取るように構成された、車載電力変換装置と、
前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置および前記車載電力変換装置に電気的に結合された、トラクション駆動システムとパワーテイクオフ(PTO)駆動システムとを備えた駆動システムと、
を備え、
前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置と前記車載電力変換装置は並列に前記トラクション駆動システムに結合され、
前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置と前記車載電力変換装置は並列に前記PTO駆動システムに結合され、
前記トラクション駆動システムと前記PTO駆動システムは並列に結合され、
前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置から前記トラクション駆動システムへ供給される電力は、前記装置の動きを駆動し、
前記PTO駆動システムは、前記PTO駆動システムに関連した少なくとも1つの器具の動きを駆動するために、前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置から供給された電力を受け取るように構成されると共に、前記PTO駆動システムに関連した少なくとも1つの器具の動きを駆動するために、前記外部電源に接続された前記車載電力変換装置から供給された電力を受け取るように構成され、
前記外部電源に接続された前記車載電力変換装置は、前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置の充電の状態が所定の閾値よりも低い場合、前記外部電源から受け取った電力を前記PTO駆動システムに供給するのと同時に前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置に供給し、
前記車載電力変換装置は、前記外部電源に接続されているときに、前記外部電源から受け取った電力を前記PTO駆動システムと前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置とに並行して供給するモードを有している、
装置。 - 前記外部電源として公共事業体電力網、可搬型発電機、風力タービン発電機、水力小型タービン発電機、および太陽電池パネルの少なくとも1つが利用される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置および前記車載電力変換装置に結合された直流(DC)バスと、
前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置および前記DCバスに電気的に結合されたエネルギー蓄積スイッチと、
を備え、
前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置が前記外部電源により充電されるときは、前記エネルギー蓄積スイッチが閉じられて、前記車載電力変換装置から供給される電力の少なくとも一部が、前記DCバスおよび前記エネルギー蓄積スイッチを通じて前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置に伝送されることを可能にする、
請求項1または2に記載の装置。 - 前記エネルギー蓄積スイッチに電気的に結合された車両コントローラを備え、
前記車両コントローラは、前記装置が充電モードで動作しているときは、第1のスイッチ信号を送って前記エネルギー蓄積スイッチを閉じるように構成される、
請求項3に記載の装置。 - 前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置および前記車載電力変換装置に結合されたDCバスと、
前記DCバスおよび前記トラクション駆動システムに電気的に結合されたトラクションスイッチと、
を備え、
前記装置が充電モードで動作しているときは、前記トラクションスイッチは開かれて前記トラクション駆動システムを無効にする、
請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の装置。 - 前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置および前記車載電力変換装置に結合されたDCバスと、
前記DCバスおよび前記PTO駆動システムに電気的に結合されたPTOスイッチと、
を備え、
前記装置が前記PTOを駆動するモードで動作しているときは前記PTOスイッチは閉じられて、前記車載電力変換装置から供給される電力の少なくとも一部が、前記DCバスおよび前記PTOスイッチを通じて前記PTO駆動システムに伝送されるのを可能にする、
請求項1から5のいずれに記載の装置。 - 前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置に電気的に結合されたエネルギー蓄積スイッチと、
前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置の出力端に結合されたセンサと、
前記エネルギー蓄積スイッチと前記センサとに電気的通信可能に結合された車両コントローラと、
を備え、
前記センサから発生され前記車両コントローラに送出されたセンサフィードバック信号が、前記車載エネルギー蓄積装置が過充電または過放電であることを示すときは、前記車両コントローラは制御信号を送って前記エネルギー蓄積スイッチを開く、
請求項1から6のいずれに記載の装置。 - 請求項1から7のいずれに記載の装置を備える車両であって、
前記車両が、電気トラクタ、フォークリフト、ダンプ、シャベルまたは、掘削機である、車両。
