Claims (3)
- 電動機と圧縮機構部とを密閉容器内に備え、
前記電動機とクランク軸で連結された前記圧縮機構部は、
シリンダと、
前記シリンダの両端面を上下から閉塞して圧縮室を形成する上軸受及び下軸受と、
前記シリンダ内に設けられた前記クランク軸の偏心部に嵌合されたピストンと、
前記ピストンの偏心回転に追従し前記シリンダに設けられ、スロット内を往復運動して前記圧縮室を低圧部と高圧部とに仕切るベーンと、
前記低圧部に連通される吸入ポートと、
前記高圧部に連通される吐出ポートと、
からなるロータリ圧縮機において、
前記ロータリ圧縮機の組み立て時に、前記偏心部を前記ベーンの位置から所定のクランク角度の位置に配置し、前記ピストンを前記偏心部の最も偏心した位置に当接させ、前記上軸受の内周面を前記クランク軸の主軸部外周面に当接させた状態で、前記ピストンの外周面と前記シリンダの内周面との間に形成する隙間をδとした時、
前記ピストンと前記偏心部との間に第1の軸受隙間を形成し、
前記上軸受と前記主軸部との間に第2の軸受隙間を形成し、
各クランク角度において、
前記クランク軸を運転時の荷重方向に前記第1の軸受隙間だけ移動し、
前記ピストンを運転時の荷重方向に前記第2の軸受隙間だけ移動し、クランク角度が、45度付近と、225度付近の隙間βが略同等となるように最小値δminの方向を設定することを特徴とするロータリ圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮室が2つあること特徴とする請求項1に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
- 前記δminが5μm〜10μm程度であることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2に記載のロータリ圧縮機。
