Description
膨張弁1は弁本体10を有し、弁本体10には、コンプレッサ側から供給される高圧の冷媒が導入される入口ポート20が設けられ、入口ポート20は小径部21を介して弁室22に連通する。入口ポート20には弁体60により開閉される弁座24が形成され、弁座24と弁体60により流量が制御された冷媒はオリフィス26を通り、出口ポート28からエバポレータ側へ送り出される。
弁体駆動装置40は作動流体が封入される作動圧力室を有し、圧力の変動はダイアフラムの変位に変換されて作動棒50に伝達される。
この種の膨張弁は下記の特許文献1に開示されている。
そこで本発明の目的は、上述した不具合を解消する膨張弁を提供することにある。

Claims (1)
- コンデンサで凝縮した高圧の冷媒を導入する入口ポート、前記入口ポートより小径の小径部を介して前記入口ポートに連通する弁室、前記弁室の上側に設けられたオリフィス、前記オリフィスで膨張した冷媒を外部に向けて導出する出口ポート及びエバポレータからコンプレッサへ戻る冷媒が通過する通路を有する弁本体と、前記オリフィスを開閉するように前記弁室内に配置された弁体と、前記弁体を駆動して前記オリフィスの開度を制御する弁体駆動装置と、前記弁体を前記オリフィスに向けて付勢するように前記弁室内に配置される付勢ばねとを備える膨張弁であって、
前記付勢ばねは、前記小径部の上縁より上側から前記小径部の下縁より下側に延在し、
前記弁室内の前記付勢ばねと前記弁体との間には、前記付勢ばねのばね力を前記弁体に伝えるように介在するばね受けが設けてあり、
前記ばね受けは、前記弁体を支持する部分と、前記付勢ばねの上端を支持する部分と、前記付勢ばねの内側空間を閉塞する円柱状の垂下体とが一体的に形成されており、
前記垂下体は前記小径部の上縁より上側から前記小径部の下縁より下側近傍にまで形成され、前記垂下体の下面から下側は空間となっていることを特徴とする膨張弁。
