Description
Claims (11)
- 導電体(2)の接続のためのスプリング端子(1)であって、
前記導電体の導入のために部分的に開放された側部を有する端子ケージ(4)と、
前記導電体(2)の接触のために、且つ、前記端子ケージ(4)内で前記導電体(2)を強固にクランプするために、前記端子ケージ(4)内に配置される端子スプリング(3)と、
を有するスプリング端子(1)において、
前記端子ケージ(4)が少なくとも1つの側方スリット(21)を有し、該側方スリットを通して、導電体挿入方向Xに対して側方から或いは略側方から、接続された導電体(2)を前記端子スプリングと前記端子ケージとの間の接触点から分離することができること、
前記端子ケージ(4)が、プリント回路基板上へのSMDの組み立てに適する表面を有していること、
前記端子ケージ(4)が、長方形又は部分的に台形の断面と、2つの互いに対向する側部とを伴って管状体へと曲げられるシートメタルストリップからなること、及び、
前記端子ケージ(4)が、導電性材料からなるとともに、導電バスバーとして使用されること、
を特徴とする、スプリング端子。 - 前記端子ケージ(4)が折り曲げられたシートメタルブランクからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のスプリング端子。
- 前記端子ケージ(4)が、バンド材料からなる折り曲げられたシートメタルブランクからなるとともに、導電バスバーとして使用されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のスプリング端子。
- 折り曲げられたシートメタルブランクから形成される前記端子ケージが、溶接点(16)によって閉じられることを特徴とする、請求項2又は3に記載のスプリング端子。
- 前記端子ケージ(4)が、プリント回路基板上への自動組み立てのための吸引面を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のスプリング端子。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスプリング端子である複数の接続装置からなる構造体であって、前記複数の接続装置のうちの一部がアセンブリライン(13)上に配列され、前記アセンブリライン(13)から組み立てが行なわれること、及び、
前記接続装置を形成するシートメタルブランクが、場合により弱体化される分離点(14)を介してアセンブリライン13と接続されたままであり、前記アセンブリラインはシートメタルから打ち抜かれ、当該シートメタルからは前記端子ケージのための前記シートメタルブランクも形作られること、
を特徴とする、構造体。 - 前記アセンブリライン(13)がスプール(17)上に巻き上げられることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の構造体。
- 予め組み立てられた端子スプリングを受ける端子ケージが、目標分離点で同じ材料からなるアセンブリラインと分離可能に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の構造体。
- 予め組み立てられた端子スプリングを受け且つ目標分離点で同じ材料からなるアセンブリラインと分離可能に接続される端子ケージによって特徴付けられる、請求項8に記載の構造体。
- プリント回路基板上に、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のスプリング端子を組み立てるための方法であって、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の構造体から組み立てが行なわれることを特徴とする、方法。
- 前記プリント回路基板上での組み立て中に、前記アセンブリラインがスプール(17)から繰り出され、前記アセンブリライン(13)と導電体(2)のための前記スプリング端子(1)との間で目標分離点(14)が分離されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
