Claims (5)
- 軸方向の一側が開口し軸方向の他側が蓋部となって閉塞された筒状に形成され、建設機械の機体に固定して取付けられる支持部材と、
該支持部材の軸方向一側に設けられ、外部から給電されることにより該支持部材に向けて延びる出力軸を回転させる電動モータと、
軸方向の一側が開口し軸方向の他側が閉塞された筒状に形成され、軸方向の一側が前記支持部材の外周に軸受を介して回転可能に支持されたドラムと、
該ドラム内に潤滑油に浸漬した状態で収容された1段または複数段の減速段を有し、入力された回転を減速し該ドラムを回転する減速機構と、
前記支持部材内を軸方向に伸長して設けられ、軸方向の一側が前記電動モータの出力軸に連結され、軸方向の他側が前記支持部材の蓋部に回転可能に支持されると共に前記減速機構に連結された連結軸と、
前記支持部材内に収容して設けられ、前記電動モータが停止しているときに前記連結軸に制動を与え、前記電動モータが回転しているときに前記連結軸への制動を解除するネガティブ型の乾式電磁ブレーキと、
前記支持部材とドラムの一側端の開口部との間を液密にシールする第1のシール部材と、
前記支持部材の蓋部と連結軸との間を液密にシールする第2のシール部材とを備え、
前記乾式電磁ブレーキは前記連結軸の軸方向に離間して2個設けたことを特徴とする建設機械のドラム回転装置。 - 前記2個の乾式電磁ブレーキは、前記支持部材内に軸方向一側の開口から蓋部に向けて同一方向に組込むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械のドラム回転装置。
- 前記連結軸は、軸方向の一側が前記電動モータの出力軸に連結され外周面にスプライン部が設けられたカップリングと、軸方向の一側が該カップリングに連結され軸方向の他側が前記減速機構に連結された入力軸とを有し、
前記乾式電磁ブレーキは、前記カップリングのスプライン部に噛合し該カップリングと一体に回転する回転板と、前記カップリングの軸方向に移動可能に設けられ該回転板と摩擦係合する非回転板と、外部からの給電によって該非回転板と前記回転板との摩擦係合を解除する電磁コイルとを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の建設機械のドラム回転装置。 - 前記支持部材内には、該支持部材を前記機体に取付けた状態で前記乾式電磁ブレーキよりも上,下方向の上側となる部位にコネクタ収容部を設け、該コネクタ収容部には、前記乾式電磁ブレーキに接続された内部配線を外部配線に接続するコネクタを収容することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の建設機械のドラム回転装置。
- 前記機体は装軌式車両の下部走行体を構成するトラックフレームであり、前記ドラムの外周側には履帯に噛合するスプロケットを固定して設け、前記電動モータと前記減速機構とは、前記履帯の横幅寸法内に収めることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の建設機械のドラム回転装置。
