Claims (10)
- 流体管を熱可塑性合成材料で作られるコンテナに結合するソケットであって、
少なくとも1つの層を含む第1のソケット形状の材料構成(6)と少なくとも1つの層を含む第2のソケット形状の材料構成(7)を有し、
前記第1の材料構成(6)が前記第2の材料構成(7)より薄く、前記第1及び第2の材料構成(6、7)の両方ともが少なくとも主な構成要素として熱可塑性材料を含んでおり、溶融接合部を形成するために互いに融合しているソケットを製造する方法において、
前記第1の材料構成(6)を押し出し成形又は射出成形により平面のフィルム又はプレート又はホースに成形する第1のステップと、
前記フィルム又はプレートを深絞りして、あるいは、前記ホースを吹き込み成形して、ソケットの外形の第1のプレフォームに成形する第2のステップと、
前記第2の材料構成(7)を、射出成形、共射出成形又はモノサンドイッチ成形によりソケットの外形の前記第1のプレフォームの1つの側面上に印加させる第3のステップと、
前記第1のプレフォームが前記フィルム又はプレートから成形される場合、前記第3のステップの前、その間又はその後に、前記第1のプレフォームの底部を切り取るステップと、
を備えており、
前記第2の材料構成(7)は、共射出成形又はモノサンドイッチ成形により作られるコア層(7b)及び表面薄層(7a)を含み、
前記表面薄層(7a)及び前記第1の材料構成(6)は、溶融接合部を形成するために互いに融合し、
前記表面薄層(7a)は、PEを含み、
前記コア層は、炭化水素用拡散障壁であり、PA、EVOH、PET、PBT、PBN、PEN、POM、PP、フッ化熱可塑性合成材料及びPPSから成る群から選択された材料の少なくとも1つを含む、
方法。 - 前記第1のステップにおいて、互いに融合する第1の層(6、6a)及び第2の層(7、6b)及び随意的に第3の層(6c)が、前記フィルム、プレート又はホースを形成するために、共押し出し又は層ごとの射出成形により積み重ねられる、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1、第2、及び、第3の層のうちの1つが結合剤又は炭化水素用拡散障壁であり、
前記1つの層がPA、EVOH、PE、PET、PBT、PBN、PEN、POM、PP、フッ化熱可塑性合成材料、PPS及び金属から成る群から選択される材料の少なくとも1つを含み、
前記第2の材料構成(7)が前記第2の層上に印加され、PE、PP、PA、PBT、PET、PBN及びPOMから成る群から選択された材料の少なくとも1つを含む、
請求項2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1、第2、及び、第3の層のうち別の1つが、PA、EVOH、PET、PBT、PBN、PEN、POM、PP、フッ化熱可塑性合成材料、及び、PPSから成る群から選択された材料の少なくとも1つを含み、導電性添加剤の付加により導電性となる熱可塑性層を更に含む、
請求項3に記載の方法。 - 前記第2の材料構成(7)が、前記第1のプレフォームの内側又は外側に印加される、
請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記拡散障壁(7b)が補強材を含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記補強材がガラス繊維である、
請求項6に記載の方法。 - 前記表面薄層(7a)が前記第1のプレフォームの外側又は内側に印加され、
前記第2の材料構成(7)が第1の端部分及び第2の端部分を有し、
前記コンテナ(1)に結合される前記第1の端部分がフランジ(4)として形作られ、前記第2の端部分が、少なくとも1つの外側固定リブ(5)を有するように形作られ、
前記コア層(7b)が前記第2の端部分から前記フランジ(4)まで又はその中まで射出される、
請求項1から請求項7のうちの1つに記載の方法。 - 前記第1の材料構成(6)が前記第1の層(6a)及び前記第2の層(6b)を含み、
前記第1及び第2の層がそれぞれ前記第1のプレフォーム及び第2のプレフォームを形成するために、前記第1のステップ及び第2のステップに従って用意され、
前記第3のステップにおいて、前記第2の材料構成(7)の第1の層が射出成形により前記第1及び第2のプレフォーム間に射出され、
更なる第4のステップにおいて、前記第3の層が、前記第2の材料構成の前記第1の層の依然プラスチックであるコアに射出され、それにより前記第2の材料構成(7)の前記第1の層(7a)が表面薄層を形成し、前記第3の層(7b)がコア層を形成する、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1のステップにおいて、前記第1の材料構成(6)が前記フィルム、プレート又はホースに形作られる3つの層(6a−6c)を含み、
前記第2のステップにおいて、前記第1のプレフォーム(6)が前記フィルム、プレート又はホースから作られ、
前記第1のステップ及び第2のステップが、第2のプレフォームを用意するために3つの層を含む前記第1の材料に対して繰り返され、
前記第1及び第2のプレフォーム間の中間領域を作り出すために前記第1及び第2のプレフォームを型に配置するステップと、
共射出成形又はモノサンドイッチ成形により、表面薄層(7a、7c)及びコア層(7b)を含む前記第2の材料構成(7)を前記中間領域(7b)に射出するステップを、
更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
