Abstract
【解決手段】流体管と熱可塑性合成材料から作られるコンテナ1を結合するソケットを製造する方法において、第1の材料構成6が第2の材料構成7より薄く、及び第1及び第2の材料構成6、7が両方とも、少なくとも大部分が熱可塑性材料で作られ及び溶融接合部を形成するために互いに融合し、第1の材料構成6が押し出し成形又は射出成形により平面のフィルム又はプレート又はホースに成形される。フィルム又はプレートは深絞りされ、又はホースは吹き込み成形されてソケットの外形を伴う第1のプレフォームに成形される。第2の材料構成7は射出成形、共射出成形又はモノサンドイッチ成形によりソケットの外形の第1のプレフォームの1つの側面上に印加される。

Claims (5)
- 流体管を熱可塑性合成材料で作られるコンテナに結合するソケットであって、
回転対称である第1、第2、及び、第3の材料構成(6、7、8)を有し、
前記第1、第2及び第3の材料構成がそれぞれ主に熱可塑性合成材料を含み、
前記第1の材料構成(6)が少なくとも1つの層を含み、第2の材料構成(7)を取り囲み、
前記第3の材料構成(8)が前記第1の材料構成を取り囲み、
前記第1、第2、及び第3の材料構成(6、7、8)が溶融接合部により結合され、前記コンテナ(1)と向かい合う前記ソケットのフランジ(4)を形成し、
前記第1の材料構成及び第2の材料構成が前記コンテナに結合される前記フランジの表面に延びている、
ソケットを製造する方法において、
前記第1の材料構成(6)を押し出し成形又は射出成形により平面のフィルム、プレート又はホースに成形する第1のステップと、
前記フィルム又はプレートを深絞りして、あるいは、前記ホースを吹き込み成形して、ソケットの外形の第1のプレフォームに成形する第2のステップと、
前記第2の材料構成(7)を射出成形により前記第1のプレフォームの1つの側面上に印加させる第3のステップと、
端部分が前記コンテナに結合される前記フランジ(4)の表面から見て外方に向く前記第1及び第2の材料構成(6、7)の端部分周囲の第3の材料構成(8)を、前記フランジの領域に射出成形する第4のステップと、
を含む方法。 - 前記第1のプレフォームが前記フィルム又はプレートから成形される場合、前記第3のステップの前、その間又はその後に前記第1のプレフォーム(8)の底部を切り取るステップを更に含む、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の材料構成(6)が拡散障壁を含み、
前記第2の材料構成(7)がPEを含み、

請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 前記第1及び第3の材料構成(6、8)が導電性粒子を含む、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 前記第1の材料構成(6)が前記第1のステップで共押し出しされるいくつかの層を含み、
前記いくつかの層のうち少なくとも1つが導電性である、
