Claims (9)
- 各気筒の燃焼室へそれぞれ接続する複数の吸気分岐通路と、
二次添加ガスを複数の吸気分岐通路へ分配して供給するガス通路と、を有し、このガス通路は、上流側の主ガス通路と、複数の吸気分岐通路へ接続する下流側の分岐ガス通路と、を有し、
この分岐ガス通路が、複数の吸気分岐通路を横切るように主ガス通路と平行に延びる第1の部分と、この第1の部分に連通するとともに、上記複数の吸気分岐通路へ接続する第2の部分と、を有し、
上記第1の部分に、主ガス通路から折り返されて、主ガス通路と隣接する隣接区間が設けられるとともに、
上記第2の部分に、隣り合う2つの吸気分岐通路の間であって、冷え易い部分に対応して共有区間が設けられ、この共有区間は、吸気分岐通路に沿って延び、吸気分岐通路に接続する直前位置で、隣り合う2つの吸気分岐通路へ向けて分岐している内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記内燃機関が、吸気側を車両前側とする横置き姿勢で車両に搭載される請求項1に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 上記第1の部分と第2の部分とが複数の出口孔を通して連通しており、
上記主ガス通路から分岐ガス通路への分岐位置が、この主ガス通路の分岐位置と反対側の導入口から遠い2つの出口孔の中央位置に設定されている請求項1又は2に記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記共用区間は、分岐ガス通路の中で主ガス通路から最も遠い下流側部分に設けられる請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 上記共用区間は、気筒列中央部分に配置されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 上記吸気分岐通路が形成された複数の吸気ブランチと、
これら複数の吸気ブランチを横切るように、吸気ブランチ上に取り付けられる通路形成体と、を有し、
この通路形成体は、周縁合わせ部で互いに接合される一対の分割薄板部からなり、内部に上記主ガス通路及び第1の部分が形成される請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記吸気分岐通路に吸気制御弁が設けられ、
上記ガス通路は、上記吸気制御弁よりも下流側の位置で、吸気分岐通路に接続している請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。 - 上記二次添加ガスがブローバイガスである請求項1〜7のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
- 上記吸気分岐通路が形成された複数の吸気ブランチを有する吸気マニホールドと、
これら複数の吸気ブランチを横切るように、吸気ブランチ上に取り付けられる通路形成体と、を有し、
上記主ガス通路と第1の部分とが通路形成体に形成され、
上記第2の部分が、吸気マニホールドに形成されるマニホールド内通路である請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の内燃機関の吸気装置。
