Abstract
Description
インバータ回路の出力電流の歪みが発生すると、リアクトルの損失増加、モータトルクの脈動発生、及び電源高調波増加などの課題がある。
Claims (10)
- 交流電源と直流負荷または直流電源間での電力変換を行う電力変換装置であって、
インバータ回路と、
前記交流電源の交流電流を検出する電流検出手段と、
前記電流検出手段で検出された交流電流信号に基づき前記インバータ回路の指令電圧を生成する電圧制御器と、
特定の周波数に対しゲインを有し前記交流電流信号に基づき前記指令電圧を補正する補正部とを備え、
前記補正部は、前記電圧制御器から出力された後の前記指令電圧を補正することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記補正部の中心周波数は、前記電流検出手段で検出された交流電流信号の高次成分に基づいて設定することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の電力変換装置であって、
前記電流検出手段で検出された交流電流信号に複数の高次成分が存在する場合、複数の前記補正部を併用することを特徴とする電力変換装置。 - 直流電圧から交流電圧に変換するインバータ回路と、前記インバータ回路の出力である交流電流を検出する電流検出手段と、を備えたモータ駆動装置 であって、
前記電流検出手段で検出された交流電流信号に基づき前記インバータ回路の指令電圧を生成する電圧制御器と、
特定の周波数に対しゲインを有し前記交流電流信号に基づき前記指令電圧を補正する補正部とを備え、
前記補正部は、前記電圧制御器から出力された後の前記指令電圧を補正することを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。 - 請求項5または6に記載のモータ駆動装置であって、
前記補正部の中心周波数は、前記電流検出手段で検出された交流電流信号の高次成分に基づいて設定することを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。 - 請求項5または6に記載のモータ駆動装置であって、
前記電流検出手段で検出された交流電流信号に複数の高次成分が存在する場合、複数の前記補正部を併用することを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。 - 請求項5から8の何れか1項に記載のモータ駆動装置であって、
前記指令電圧を補正する前の前記電圧制御器から出力された指令電圧に対して軸誤差演算を行うことを特徴とするモータ駆動装置。 - 圧縮機を有する冷凍機器であって、
前記圧縮機はモータを内蔵し、
請求項5から9の何れか1項に記載のモータ駆動装置を用いて、前記圧縮機に内蔵されたモータを駆動することを特徴とする冷凍機器。
