Abstract
【解決手段】出力側回転軸32とロータ軸34との間にトレランスリング54が介挿されているため、出力側回転軸32とロータ軸とのスプライン嵌合部52に形成されるガタが詰まらない場合であっても、トレランスリング54によって出力側回転軸32およびロータ軸の双方の回転軸がガタつくことなく保持されるので、スプライン嵌合部52で発生する歯打ち音を抑制できる。内周インロー面80と第1外周インロー面76とが嵌合すると、出力側回転軸32およびロータ軸34の軸心が調整され、この状態で、トレランスリング54が内周インロー面80と接触するため、組付時にかかる圧入荷重を低減することができる。

Claims (4)
- 共通の軸線まわりに配置された第1回転軸および第2回転軸が互いに嵌合されることで動力伝達可能に連結された嵌合部を、含んで構成される車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記軸線方向において前記嵌合部近傍であって、前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸との間にトレランスリングが介挿されており、
前記第1回転軸には、前記軸線方向で前記嵌合部と前記トレランスリングとの間に外周インロー面が形成され、
前記第2回転軸には、前記軸線方向で前記トレランスリングよりも開口側に、内周インロー面が形成され、
前記外周インロー面と前記内周インロー面とが嵌合した際に、該外周インロー面と該内周インロー面との間でガタつくことなく嵌り合う程度に、該外周インロー面および該内周インロー面の寸法が設定されている
ことを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1回転軸には、組付後において前記内周インロー面と嵌合する第2の外周インロー面が形成されており、
前記内周インロー面と前記第2の外周インロー面とが嵌合した際に、該内周インロー面と該第2の外周インロー面との間がガタつくことなく嵌り合う程度に、該内周インロー面および該第2の外周インロー面の寸法が設定されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1の車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記トレランスリングは、前記第1回転軸の外周面に形成されている環状溝に収容されており、
前記トレランスリングには、組付後において前記第2回転軸に当接する外向突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記トレランスリングは、前記第2回転軸の内周面に形成されている環状溝に収容されており、
前記トレランスリングには、組付後において前記第1回転軸に当接する内向突起が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の動力伝達装置。
