Abstract
【解決手段】出力側回転軸32とロータ軸34との間にトレランスリング54が介挿されているため、出力側回転軸32とロータ軸34とのスプライン嵌合部52に形成されるガタが詰まらない場合であっても、トレランスリング54によって出力側回転軸32およびロータ軸の双方の回転軸がガタつくことなく保持される。従って、スプライン嵌合部52で発生する歯打ち音を抑制できる。出力側回転軸32に、トレランスリング54に潤滑油を供給するための油路72、74、75が形成されているため、これらの油路を通ってトレランスリング54が収容される環状空間に潤滑油が強制的に供給される。

Claims (7)
- 共通の軸線まわりに配置された第1回転軸および第2回転軸が互いに嵌合されることで動力伝達可能に連結された嵌合部を、含んで構成される車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記軸線の方向において前記嵌合部近傍であって、前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸との間にトレランスリングが介挿されており、
前記トレランスリングは、前記第1回転軸および前記第2回転軸のうち一方の回転軸と接触する環状部と、該環状部から径方向の外側または内側に突き出して他方の回転軸と接触する突起部とを、有し、
前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸のうち何れかの回転軸には、前記トレランスリングに潤滑油を供給するための油路が形成されている
ことを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記第1回転軸および前記第2回転軸のうち、前記トレランスリングの前記環状部に接触する側の回転軸に、前記油路が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1の車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記トレランスリングは、前記軸線の方向の両側に、前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸とが嵌合させられたインロー部が形成されており、
前記インロー部は、前記第1回転軸および前記第2回転軸が嵌合した状態で、該第1回転軸および該第2回転軸が互いにガタつくことなく嵌め合わされるものである
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2の車両の動力伝達装置。 - 前記トレランスリングの前記軸線の方向の両側に形成される前記インロー部の何れかが、潤滑油排出口として機能することを特徴とする請求項3の車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記トレランスリングの前記突起部は、斜歯状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか1の車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記潤滑油排出口として機能する前記インロー部には、該インロー部を前記軸線の方向に貫通する溝が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4の車両の動力伝達装置。
- 前記インロー部の前記溝は、前記軸線の方向に対して捩れて形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6の車両の動力伝達装置。
