Claims (4)
- 筒状の入力軸と該入力軸の内部に挿通配置された出力軸を備え、駆動源から前記入力軸に出力される動力を減速機構とディファレンシャル装置を経て前記出力軸へと伝達する動力伝達装置の冷却構造であって、
前記出力軸を前記入力軸の軸心に対して径方向にオフセットして配置し、該出力軸と前記入力軸との間の空間のうち、前記出力軸の反オフセット側に形成される広いスペースに給油パイプを軸方向に沿って配置したことを特徴とする動力伝達装置の冷却構造。 - 前記駆動源は、電動機であって、前記給油パイプから噴出するオイルによって前記電動機のロータを冷却することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の動力伝達装置の冷却構造。
- 前記入力軸の前記給油パイプ先端に開口するオイル噴出口近傍に、径方向に貫通する油孔を周方向に複数形成するとともに、前記電動機のロータに、前記油孔に連通する複数の油路を径方向に沿って形成したことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の動力伝達装置の冷却構造。
- 前記入力軸内周の前記油孔が開口する周縁に、径方向内方に向かって広がる円錐台状のガイド溝を形成したことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の動力伝達装置の冷却構造。
