Claims (2)
- 共通の軸線まわりに配置された第1回転軸および第2回転軸を備え、前記第2回転軸は円筒状に形成され、前記第1回転軸の一端側を前記第2回転軸に該第2回転軸の一端側から挿入することにより、前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸とが組み付けられ、前記第1回転軸の一端側端部の外周面に形成された外周歯および前記第2回転軸の内周面に形成された内周歯が互いに嵌合される車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記第1回転軸の外周面と前記第2回転軸の内周面との間に、トレランスリングが介挿されており、
前記第2回転軸の内周面には、前記第2回転軸の軸線方向において一端側から順に、内周インロー面、および前記内周歯が形成され、
前記第1回転軸の外周面には、前記第1回転軸の軸線方向において一端側から順に、前記外周歯、前記第1回転軸を前記第2回転軸に挿入する組付過渡期および組付後において前記内周インロー面と嵌合する第2外周インロー面、前記トレランスリングが収容される環状溝、および組付後において前記内周インロー面と嵌合する第1外周インロー面が形成されており、
前記外周歯と前記内周歯とが互いに嵌合したとき、前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸とが動力伝達可能に連結された嵌合部が形成され、
前記内周インロー面と前記第1外周インロー面とが互いに嵌合したとき、該第1外周インロー面と該内周インロー面とが互いにガタつくことなく嵌り合う第1インロー部が形成され、
前記内周インロー面と前記第2外周インロー面とが互いに嵌合したとき、該第2外周インロー面と該内周インロー面とが互いにガタつくことなく嵌り合う第2インロー部が形成され、
前記トレランスリングは、前記共通の軸線方向において前記第1インロー部と前記第2インロー部との間に配置される
ことを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。 - 共通の軸線まわりに配置された第1回転軸および第2回転軸を備え、前記第2回転軸は円筒状に形成され、前記第1回転軸の一端側を前記第2回転軸に該第2回転軸の一端側から挿入することにより、前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸とが組み付けられ、前記第1回転軸の一端側端部の外周面に形成された外周歯および前記第2回転軸の内周面に形成された内周歯が互いに嵌合される車両の動力伝達装置において、
前記第1回転軸の外周面と前記第2回転軸の内周面との間に、トレランスリングが介挿されており、
前記第1回転軸の外周面には、前記第1回転軸の軸線方向において一端側から順に、前記外周歯、および外周インロー面が形成され、
前記第2回転軸の内周面には、前記第2回転軸の軸線方向において一端側から順に、前記第1回転軸を前記第2回転軸に挿入する組付過渡期および組付後において前記外周インロー面と嵌合する第1内周インロー面、前記トレランスリングが収容される環状溝、組付後において前記外周インロー面と嵌合する第2内周インロー面、および前記内周歯が形成されており、
前記外周歯と前記内周歯とが互いに嵌合したとき、前記第1回転軸と前記第2回転軸とが動力伝達可能に連結された嵌合部が形成され、
前記外周インロー面と前記第1内周インロー面とが互いに嵌合したとき、該第1内周インロー面と該外周インロー面とが互いにガタつくことなく嵌り合う第1インロー部が形成され、
前記外周インロー面と前記第2内周インロー面とが互いに嵌合したとき、該第2内周インロー面と該外周インロー面とが互いにガタつくことなく嵌り合う第2インロー部が形成され、
前記トレランスリングは、前記共通の軸線方向において前記第1インロー部と前記第2インロー部との間に配置される
ことを特徴とする車両の動力伝達装置。
