Abstract
Description
このような接合装置200はパネル部材PM20とカバーウインドウW20を接合することに利用される。
ただし、パネル部材PM20はカバーウインドウW20と対応する長さを有し得、連続的な第1部分PM21、第2部分PM22及び第3部分PM23を含み得る。すなわち、パネル部材PM20の第1部分PM21、第2部分PM22及び第3部分PM23はカバーウインドウW20の第1曲面部W21、平面部W22及び第2曲面部W23に付着する部分で定義される。
第2エアー噴射孔432bは第2装着溝432aの床面に形成され得る。第2エアー噴射孔432bは第2エアー供給溝434を介して供給される第2エアーを第2装着溝432aに供給する通路を提供する。

Claims (10)
- 互いに連続的な第1曲面部と平面部を含むカバーウインドウを支持するステージと、
前記ステージの上部に配置され、一部分と他の部分を含むパネル部材を前記カバーウインドウと対向するように支持する支持部材と、
前記支持部材の上部に配置される加圧部材と、を含み、
前記加圧部材は、
第1エアーを噴射して前記支持部材を押すことによって前記パネル部材の前記一部分を前記カバーウインドウの前記第1曲面部に付着させるように構成されたエアー噴射部と、
前記エアー噴射部の一側に連結され、前記支持部材に接触して前記支持部材を押すことによって前記パネル部材の前記他の部分を前記カバーウインドウの前記平面部に付着させるように構成された押圧部と、を含む接合装置。 - 前記加圧部材は本体部をさらに含み、
前記エアー噴射部は前記本体部の一側から幅が狭くなる形で延長され、一側面と他側面を含み、
前記エアー噴射部は、前記一側面に形成され且つ前記第1エアーが前記支持部材に向かって噴射される通路を提供する第1エアー噴射孔を含む請求項1に記載の接合装置。 - 前記加圧部材は、前記本体部の内部に形成され且つ前記第1エアー噴射孔と連結されるように前記エアー噴射部の内部に延長された第1エアー供給溝をさらに含む請求項2に記載の接合装置。
- 前記第1エアー噴射孔と重なるように前記エアー噴射部に設置され、前記第1エアーの噴射によって前記支持部材に向かって突出するように構成された第1弾性部材をさらに含む請求項2に記載の接合装置。
- 前記カバーウインドウは、前記第1曲面部と前記平面部との間に位置し且つ前記第1曲面部と重なる第2曲面部をさらに含む請求項2に記載の接合装置。
- 前記パネル部材はフレキシブルなタッチパネルまたは表示パネルである請求項1に記載の接合装置。
- 互いに連続的な第1曲面部と平面部を含むカバーウインドウをステージに装着させる段階と、
一部分と他の部分を含むパネル部材を前記カバーウインドウと対向するように支持する支持部材を前記ステージの上部に配置させ、エアー噴射部と前記エアー噴射部の一側に連結された押圧部とを含む加圧部材を前記支持部材の上部に配置する段階と、
前記エアー噴射部から噴射される第1エアーの圧力で前記支持部材を押し、前記パネル部材の前記一部分を前記カバーウインドウの前記第1曲面部に付着させる段階と、
前記支持部材に接触する前記押圧部の押圧力で前記支持部材を押し、前記パネル部材の前記他の部分を前記カバーウインドウの前記平面部に付着させる段階を含む曲面表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記パネル部材の前記一部分を前記カバーウインドウの前記第1曲面部に付着させる段階は、
前記カバーウインドウの前記平面部のうち前記第1曲面部と隣接する部分に前記パネル部材の前記他の部分が密着するように前記押圧部を利用して前記支持部材に押圧力を加える過程と、
前記エアー噴射部の一側面に形成される第1エアー噴射孔が前記支持部材を間に置いて前記カバーウインドウの前記第1曲面部と対向するように前記加圧部材の回転を調節する過程と、
前記第1エアー噴射孔を介して前記第1エアーを前記支持部材に向かって噴射する過程と、を含む請求項7に記載の曲面表示装置の製造方法。 - 前記加圧部材は、前記第1エアー噴射孔と重なるように前記エアー噴射部に設置され且つ前記第1エアーの噴射によって前記支持部材に向かって突出するように構成された第1弾性部材をさらに含む請求項8に記載の曲面表示装置の製造方法。
- 前記パネル部材はフレキシブルなタッチパネルまたは表示パネルの曲面表示装置である請求項7に記載の曲面表示装置の製造方法。
