Claims (5)
- 光学フィルムを吸着、貼付する真空吸着制御機構装置を有し、
前記真空吸着制御機構装置は、
減圧源に接続可能な複数の吸着穴を表面に備え、表面が湾曲形状を有する円筒状の第1の部材と、
複数の前記吸着穴に接触可能に設けられ、かつ前記第1の部材に対して相対的に移動可能に前記第1の部材の側面に設けられた第2の部材と、
被貼付物を平板状に保持する保持手段を有する貼付定盤と、
を有し、
前記第2の部材は、
前記第1の部材と前記第2の部材との相対位置に応じた数の吸着穴を前記減圧源と接続する手段として、
前記第2の部材の前記第1の部材と対向する面に設けられ、前記湾曲形状に対応した円弧状の形状を有する溝部と、
前記溝部から前記第2の部材の外部に貫通して設けられ、前記減圧源に接続される穴部と、
を有し、
複数の前記吸着穴は、前記溝部の形状に対応した配列形状となるように円弧状に並んで配列して、前記第1の部材の表面および側面を貫通して設けられ、
前記第1の部材または前記第2の部材は、前記湾曲形状の湾曲面に沿って移動するように、前記円筒の軸を中心に回転可能であり、
前記第1の部材または前記第2の部材が円筒の軸を中心に回転することにより、前記第2の部材の前記溝部が前記第1の部材に対して相対的に移動し、前記溝部と接触する前記吸着穴が前記減圧源と接続され、
前記貼付定盤は、
前記第1の部材の前記表面に対向するように設けられ、
前記第1の部材および/または前記貼付定盤は弾性を有する、フィルム貼付装置。 - 前記第1の部材は、金属、樹脂、スポンジのいずれかの多孔質シートで形成された「こま」が前記表面に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルム貼付装置。
- 複数の前記吸着穴は、前記第1の部材の側面および表面を直角方向に貫通して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルム貼付装置。
- 前記第1の部材は、前記フィルムを保持する貼付ヘッドであり、
前記第2の部材は、前記貼付ヘッドの側面に設けられたベース体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルム貼付装置。 - 前記減圧源は、真空ポンプであることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフィルム貼付装置。
