Abstract
【解決手段】DPF強制再生時に、DPF強制再生時に、内燃機関2の負荷の大きさが所定値未満のときはポスト噴射のみを実行させ、内燃機関2の負荷の大きさが所定値以上のときは排気管噴射を実行させる切り替え手段9を備えた。DPFより下流に設置た選択触媒還元部材12と、排気ガス温度が所定値以上のときはポスト噴射及び/又は排気管噴射における噴射量を低減させるか又は噴射を禁止する噴射制限手段とを備えた。

Claims (3)
- 内燃機関からの排気ガス流路に設置されて粒子状物質(以下、PM)を捕集するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ(以下、DPF)と、
前記DPFに捕集されたPMを除去するために前記内燃機関にてポスト噴射を行うポスト噴射手段と、
前記DPFより上流に設置されて前記排気ガス流路内での燃料の酸化を促進させるディーゼル酸化触媒部材(以下、DOC)と、
前記DOCより上流に設置されて前記排気ガス流路に燃料を噴射する排気管噴射器と、 前記内燃機関の負荷の大きさを判定する負荷判定手段と、
DPF強制再生時に、前記内燃機関の負荷の大きさが所定値未満のときはポスト噴射のみを実行させ、前記内燃機関の負荷の大きさが所定値以上のときは排気管噴射を実行させる切り替え手段とを備えたことを特徴とするDPF再生装置。 - 内燃機関からの排気ガス流路に設置されて粒子状物質(以下、PM)を捕集するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ(以下、DPF)と、
前記DPFに捕集されたPMを除去するために前記内燃機関にてポスト噴射を行うポスト噴射手段と、
前記DPFより上流に設置されて前記排気ガス流路内での燃料の酸化を促進させるディーゼル酸化触媒部材(以下、DOC)と、
前記DOCより上流に設置されて前記排気ガス流路に燃料を噴射する排気管噴射器と、 前記DPFの入口における排気ガス温度を検出するDPF入口排気ガス温度センサと、 DPF強制再生時に、前記DPFの入口における排気ガス温度が所定値未満のときはポスト噴射のみを実行させ、前記DPFの入口における排気ガス温度が所定値以上のときは排気管噴射を実行させる切り替え手段とを備えたことを特徴とするDPF再生装置。 - 前記DPFより下流に設置されて窒素酸化物を浄化する選択触媒還元部材(以下、SCRという)と、
前記SCRにおける排気ガス温度を検出するSCR排気ガス温度センサと、
前記下流排気ガス温度センサが検出した排気ガス温度が所定値以上のときはポスト噴射及び/又は排気管噴射における噴射量を低減させるか又は噴射を禁止する噴射制限手段とを備えたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のDPF再生装置。
