Claims (18)
- 容積から流動性製品を吐出するための自動閉鎖弁(01)であって、
流出口(18)を有する弁蓋(04)を含み、
弁蓋(04)の製品側で弁蓋から離間させて配置される案内皿体(09)を含み、
弁蓋(04)と案内皿体(09)との間で保持されかつ案内口(03)を有する弁膜(02)を含み、生成された圧力差に基づいて弁膜(02)が閉鎖位置と施与位置と逆吸引位置との間で切り換わることができ、
弁蓋(04)と弁膜(02)との間の空洞(16)を含み、閉鎖位置および逆吸引位置のとき弁膜(02)が弁蓋(04)に当接することによって弁膜が流出口(18)に対して閉鎖され、施与位置のときには弁膜(02)が弁蓋(04)から持ち上がることによって弁膜が流出口に対して開放されており、
製品の容積から空洞(16)にかけて延びる少なくとも1つの貫流口(14)を含み、
逆吸引位置のとき少なくとも流出口(18)と案内口(03)と弁膜(02)を案内皿体(09)から持ち上げたときに開口する空隙(23)とによって形成された空気逆吸引通路を含み、閉鎖位置および施与位置のとき弁膜(02)が案内皿体(09)に載置されることによってこの空気逆吸引通路が閉鎖されている自動閉鎖弁。 - 弁膜(02)が案内要素(08;27)によって案内されており、案内要素(08;27)が弁膜(02)の案内口(03)内に突出し、かつ同時に空気逆吸引通路の一部を形成する請求項1記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 流出口(18)と弁膜(02)と案内口(03)が円形かつ同心に実施されている請求項1または2記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 弁膜(02)が、閉鎖位置のとき吐出方向に湾曲する皿ばねの態様である請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 弁膜(02)の案内口(03)が保持鍔部(07)を有し、弁膜(02)が保持鍔部(07)によって案内要素(08;27)で案内されている請求項2ないし4のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 弁膜(02)が同心案内ディスク(32)を有し、案内口(03)が案内ディスク(32)内に配置されている請求項2ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 弁膜(02)が周方向シールリップ(29)を有し、閉鎖位置のときシールリップ(29)が弁蓋(04)の流出口(18)のブシュ(31)の円錐形内面に押付けられている請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 案内皿体(09)が弁蓋(04)に対して軸線方向遊隙(34)をもって配置されている請求項1〜7のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 相互に離間して案内皿体(09)に固着される複数の案内栓(08)によって案内要素が形成されている請求項2ないし8のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 案内要素が溝付き案内栓(27)によって形成されており、この案内栓がその側面に少なくとも1つの溝(28)を有し、この溝が同時に空気逆吸引通路の一部を形成する請求項2ないし請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 弁膜(02)が弁蓋(04)の方向で周方向同心湾曲(36)を有する請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 弁膜(02)がシリコーン樹脂または熱可塑性エラストマーから作製されている請求項1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 弁蓋(04)が、押出し容器の容器ネック開口部内で固着可能な取付枠(13)と一体に形成されている請求項1ないし12のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 弁蓋(04)と取付枠(13)が押出し容器と一体に形成されている請求項13記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 案内皿体(09)が係止結合によって弁蓋(04)内および/または取付枠(13)内で固着されている請求項1ないし14のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 閉鎖位置のとき弁膜(02)がその外周面でもって案内皿体(09)の、弁膜(02)の方向で傾いた周方向載置面(12)に当接する請求項1ないし15のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 流出口(18)がその外面に管端部(26)を有する請求項1ないし16のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
- 貫流口(14)が案内皿体(09)の周面に多重配置されている請求項1ないし17のいずれか1つに記載の自動閉鎖弁(01)。
