Abstract
【解決手段】 パイロット圧入力部19,38,67,68をもつ複数のパイロット圧操作式油圧機器18L,18R,36,65,66に対し、共通のパイロット油圧源33が接続されるようにし、このパイロット油圧源33から各パイロット圧入力部19,38,67,68へのパイロット圧の入力と入力解除の切換を共通のパイロット圧入力切換弁78で行うようにする。このパイロット圧入力切換弁78によるパイロット圧の入力切換は、作業機械の運転状態と前記各パイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件とに基づいて行う。

Description
この切換制御は、走行操作または作業用アタッチメント(ブーム20、アーム22、及びバケット24)の操作の単独操作であるか、もしくは両操作を同時に行う複合操作であるのかの判別に基づいて行われる。
この切換制御は、パイロット圧入力対象となる油圧機器である走行モータ18L,18R、可変リリーフ弁36、及び流量切換弁65,66についてそれぞれ設定されたパイロット圧入力条件と、前記各油圧機器について設定された優先順位とに基づいて行われる。

Claims (7)
- パイロット圧入力部を有してこのパイロット圧入力部へのパイロット圧の入力の有無の切換により遠隔操作されるとともに互いに異なるパイロット圧入力条件が設定された複数のパイロット操作式油圧機器が装備された作業機械に設けられる油圧制御装置であって、前記各パイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力部に共通して接続されるパイロット油圧源と、前記各パイロット操作式油圧機器に共通して設けられ、これらパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力部に対して前記パイロット油圧源からパイロット圧が入力される状態にするパイロット圧入力位置と当該パイロット圧を解消するパイロット圧解消位置とに切換可能なパイロット圧入力切換弁と、前記作業機械の運転状態と前記各パイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件とに基づいて前記パイロット圧入力切換弁の切換制御をする切換制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
- 請求項1記載の作業機械の油圧制御装置において、前記パイロット操作式油圧機器にはそのパイロット圧入力制御について優先順位が与えられており、前記切換制御手段は、その優先順位に基づいて前記パイロット圧入力切換弁の切換制御を行うことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
- 請求項2記載の作業機械の油圧制御装置において、前記切換制御手段は、互いに優先順位の異なる複数のパイロット操作式油圧機器について、前記作業機械の運転状態が優先順位の高いパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件を満たす場合には当該運転状態が優先順位の低いパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件を満たすか否かにかかわらず前記パイロット圧入力切換弁を前記パイロット圧入力位置に切換え、前記運転状態が優先順位の高いパイロット操作式油圧機器の特定のパイロット圧入力条件を満たさない場合にそれよりも優先順位の低いパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件に基づいて前記パイロット圧入力切換弁の切換制御を行うことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
- 請求項2または3記載の作業機械の油圧制御装置において、前記パイロット操作式油圧機器として、パイロット圧の入力の有無により容量が切換えられる走行用モータを含み、この走行用モータに他のパイロット操作式油圧機器よりも高い優先順位が与えられており、前記切換制御手段は前記作業機械が非走行の状態では当該他のパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件に基づいて前記パイロット圧入力切換弁の切換制御を行うことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の作業機械の油圧制御装置において、前記パイロット操作式油圧機器として、前記作業機械の運転状態に関係する特定のパラメータが一定以上であることをパイロット圧入力条件に含む第1のパイロット操作式油圧機器と、前記パラメータが一定未満であることをパイロット圧入力条件に含む第2のパイロット操作式油圧機器とを含み、前記切換制御手段は、前記第1のパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件と前記第2のパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件のいずれかを採用する場合に、前記パラメータが一定以上であるときには前記第1のパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件に基づいて前記パイロット圧入力切換弁の切換制御を行い、前記パラメータが一定未満であるときには前記第2のパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件に基づいて前記パイロット圧入力切換弁の切換制御を行うことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
- 請求項5記載の作業機械の油圧制御装置において、前記第1のパイロット操作式油圧機器は、油圧ポンプの吐出圧が設定圧を超える場合に開弁するリリーフ弁であって当該設定圧がパイロット圧の入力により上昇するパイロット操作式リリーフ弁であり、前記第2のパイロット操作式油圧機器は、パイロット圧の入力により特定の作業用油圧アクチュエータへの供給流量を低減させるアクチュエータ流量切換弁であり、前記パラメータは前記油圧ポンプの吐出圧であることを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
- 請求項6記載の作業機械の油圧制御装置において、前記第2のパイロット操作式油圧機器のパイロット圧入力条件には下記条件の少なくとも一方が含まれていることを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
a)前記油圧ポンプの回転駆動速度が一定以下であること。
b)前記特定の作業用油圧アクチュエータを含む複数の作業用油圧アクチュエータが同時駆動されていること。
