Claims (3)
- 複数の油圧アクチュエータと、この油圧アクチュエータの油圧源としての油圧ポンプと、操作手段の操作に基づいて上記各アクチュエータの作動を制御する複数のコントロールバルブと、上記油圧ポンプから吐出された油の余剰分をアンロード通路によってタンクに戻す統一ブリードオフ弁と、上記操作手段の操作に基づいてこの統一ブリードオフ弁を制御する制御手段とを具備し、上記統一ブリードオフ弁に、同弁の作動停止状態でアンロード通路を閉じる位置が設けられる一方、上記各コントロールバルブに、同バルブの中立状態で開く個別ブリードオフ通路としてのセンターバイパス通路が設けられ、このセンターバイパス通路がコントロールバルブの作動位置に向けてのストローク初期に閉じるようにコントロールバルブの開口特性が設定されるとともに、上記制御手段により、このコントロールバルブのセンターバイパス通路が閉じる直前に統一ブリードオフ弁のアンロード通路が開くように構成されたことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
- 請求項1記載の作業機械の油圧制御装置において、コントロールバルブを中立復帰させるリターンスプリングは、センターバイパス通路が閉じるまでのストローク初期でバネ力が小さく、センターバイパス通路が閉じた後のバネ力が大きくなる二段バネとして構成されたことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
- 請求項1または2記載の作業機械の油圧制御装置において、油圧ポンプとして、ポンプレギュレータによって吐出量が制御される可変容量型の油圧ポンプが用いられ、制御手段は、操作手段の非操作状態でポンプ吐出量がスタンバイ流量となるように上記ポンプレギュレータを制御するように構成されたことを特徴とする作業機械の油圧制御装置。
