Claims (15)
1. Postupak za dobivanje 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana, postupak obuhvaća: zagrijavanje reakcijske smjese koja sadrži 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropan, željezov(III) klorid i klor za stvaranje 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana.
2. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, pri čemu reakcijska smjesa nadalje obuhvaća ugljikov tetraklorid.
3. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 2, pri čemu je ugljikov tetraklorid prisutan u količini do 50 težinskih postotnih udjela reakcijske smjese.
4. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, pri čemu je željezov(III) klorid prisutan u reakcijskoj smjesi u količini koja je u rasponu od 30 do 1000 ppm.
5. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, pri čemu se barem dio postupka odvija u opremi koja obuhvaća reakcijsku zonu, zonu razdvajanja i zonu kondenzacije.
6. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 5, pri čemu zona razdvajanja obuhvaća odjeljak za destilaciju.
7. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, pri čemu postupak nadalje obuhvaća značajno neprekidno dodavanje 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropana i klora u reakcijsku zonu koja sadrži željezov(III) klorid.
8. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 7, pri čemu su 1,1,1,3-tetrakloropropan i klor uvedeni uz omjer dodavanja od 0.9 do 1.1 mola klora po molu tetrakloropropana.
9. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, pri čemu je klorovodik koprodukt postupka i uklanja se iz reakcijske zone putem zone razdvajanja i zone kondenzacije.
10. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 9, pri čemu zona razdvajanja obuhvaća praznu cijev ili cijev koja sadrži pakiranje ili drugu strukturu pogodnu za poticanje dodirivanja pare i tekućine i kondenzacijsku zonu koja obuhvaća posudu pogodnu za uzrokovanje kondenzacije u tekući oblik nekih od sastavnica toka klorovodika, kao što je 1,1,3-trikloropropen ili ugljikov tetraklorid.
11. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 9, pri čemu klorovodik koji izlazi iz reakcijske zone sadrži 1,1,3-triklorpropen ili ugljikov tetraklorid ili oboje 1,1,3-triklorpropen i ugljikov tetraklorid i 1,1,3-triklorpropen ili ugljikov tetraklorid ili oboje 1,1,3-triklorpropen i ugljikov tetraklorid se recikliraju u reakcijsku zonu putem zone kondenzacije.
12. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, nadalje obuhvaća dehidrokloriranje 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropana zbog stvaranja 1,1,2,3-tetrakloropropena.
13. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 12, pri čemu se navedenim korakom zagrijavanja reakcijske smje stvara sirovi 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan i gdje se sirovi 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan koji se izljeva iz reaktora u kojem se 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan stvara izravno dehidroklorira, bez prethodnog pročišćavanja i bez dodavanja katalizatora ili reagencija.
14. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 1, pri čemu je produkt sirovi 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan u tekućem obliku i tekući sirovi 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan se dalje pročišćava.
15. Postupak iz patentnog zahtjeva 12, pri čemu se 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan dehidroklorira u prisustvu željezovog(III) klorida i (i) sirovi 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan koji se izljeva iz reaktora u kojem se 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan stvara izravno se dehidroklorira, bez prethodnog pročišćavanja i bez dodavanja katalizatora ili reagencija, ili (ii) pročišćeni 1,1,1,2,3-pentakloropropan se dovodi u reaktivni sustav destilacije i željezov(III) klorid se zasebno dodaje u sustav.
