150,592. Marks, E. C. R., (Durham Duplex Razor Co.). Dec. 31, 1919. Razors, safety. A double-edged blade 7, Fig. 3, for use in a razor 5, Fig. 1, of the endwaysshank type, is provided with a holder 10, which protects one edge thereof and adapts same for use in a razor 6, Fig. 2, of the transverse-shank type. The blade is provided with an elongated slot 9 for engagement with positioning means of the razor 5, and the holder 10 has offset lugs 11, 12 engaging the slot 9 when the blade is used in the razor 6, the upturned edge 13 of the holder protecting the blade-edge not in use.
