Abstract

287,411. Heide, H. C., (Auto Strop Patents Corporation). Feb. 1, 1927. Razors, safety. A razor blade 1 is clamped to a holder 3 of a shaving or stropping mechanism by pivoted arms S. The blade 1 has apertures 1<a> forming projections 1<b> the latter engaging positioning projections 10 on the arms 8 when the latter are in the non-clamping position, Fig. 2. In the clamping position, Fig 3, the projections 10 are out of engagement with the projections 1<b>. The blade holder 3 and blade 1 have additional registering projections and apertures 4, 2 respectively.
