While the color selection pressing plate 40 depresses the first drawing portion 232 of the feeding yarn pushing plate 23 into the spacer 50 to expose a second thrust portion 233 outside the spacer 50 on a lower side, and the first thrust portion 322 of the clipping yarn pushing plate 32 is pushed into the spacer 50 to expose a second drawing portion 323 outside the spacer 50 on the lower side, the yarn feeding plate 21 and the clipping yarn plate 31 are not moving (referring to FIGS. 5G and 5H ).
- Another set of the yarn feeding mechanism (not shown in the drawings) and another set of the yarn clipping mechanism (not shown in the drawings) resume the aforesaid operations only when the needle selection device (not shown in the drawings) is changed to another colored yarn. Then another colored yarn is picked up and released for knitting operation. Meanwhile, the second thrust portion 233 of the feeding yarn pushing plate 23 exposed outside the spacer 50 is driven by the lower cam (not shown in the drawings) to drive the linkage bar 22 forwards, and the linkage bar 22 moves about an axial hole 221 to sway the pivotal juncture of the pivot head 223 and the coupling portion 212 to move the yarn feeding plate 21 along the moving path of the action slot 211 to move the yarn rewards (referring to FIG.

Claims (9)
- Tête de changement de couleur à grande vitesse pour des machines à tricoter circulaires à face unique installée sur une machine à tricoter circulaire et entraînée par une came de retour, un dispositif de sélection de couleur et une came supérieure et une came inférieure de la machine à tricoter circulaire pour effectuer une opération d'avance de fil de couleur et réaliser un effet de tricotage en couleur et jacquard, comprenant :deux plaques externes (60) situées sur deux côtés extérieurs de la tête de changement de couleur (2);une pluralité de mécanismes d'avance de fil (20) situés entre les deux plaques externes (60) pour réaliser l'opération d'avance de fil de couleur ;une pluralité de mécanismes de pinçage de fil (30) situés entre les deux plaques externes (60) parmi les mécanismes d'avance de fil (20) d'une manière alternée pour pincer et couper les fils de couleur ;une pluralité d'éléments d'espacement (50) situés entre les plaques externes (60), les mécanismes d'avance de fil (20) et les mécanismes de pinçage de fil (30) ; etune pluralité de plaques de pression de sélection de couleur (40) situées entre les deux plaques externes (60), chaque plaque de pression de sélection de couleur (40) correspondant à un mécanisme d'avance de fil (20) et à un mécanisme de pinçage de fil (30);dans laquelle les plaques de pression de sélection de couleur (40) sont entraînées par le dispositif de sélection de couleur pour libérer les mécanismes d'avance de fil (20) et les mécanismes de pinçage de fil (30) correspondants,
caractérisée en ce que l'opération d'avance de fil des mécanismes d'avance de fil (20) et l'opération de coupe de fil des mécanismes de pinçage de fil (30) sont commandées séparément par les cames supérieure et inférieure à grande vitesse sans laisser tomber les fils. - Tête de changement de couleur à grande vitesse selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chacun des mécanismes d'avance de fil (20) comprend une deuxième plaque d'actionnement (26), une plaque de poussée de fil d'avance (23), une barre de liaison (22), une plaque d'avance de fil (21) et un élément élastique (24), la plaque d'avance de fil (21) étant entraînée par la plaque de poussée de fil d'avance (23) par l'intermédiaire de la barre de liaison (22).
- Tête de changement de couleur à grande vitesse selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle chacun des éléments d'espacement (50) comporte une languette d'ancrage (54), la plaque d'avance de fil (21) comportant une première fente d'actionnement (211) qui est accouplée à la languette d'ancrage (54).
- Tête de changement de couleur à grande vitesse selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la plaque de dégagement de bourre (80) est située au-dessus de la plaque d'avance de fil (21) qui est exposée à l'extérieur de l'élément d'espacement (50) pour éviter que la bourre ne pénètre.
- Tête de changement de couleur à grande vitesse selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle la deuxième plaque d'actionnement (26) a une extrémité accouplée de manière pivotante à l'élément d'espacement (50) et une autre extrémité libre harnachée et pressée par la plaque de pression de sélection de couleur (40) et la plaque de poussée de fil d'avance (23).
- Tête de changement de couleur à grande vitesse selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle chacun des éléments d'espacement (50) compote une languette d'ancrage (54), un premier point d'ancrage (51) et un deuxième point d'ancrage (52).
- Tête de changement de couleur. à grande vitesse selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le mécanisme de pinçage de fil (30) comprend une première plaque d'actionnement (33), une plaque de poussée de fil de pinçage (32), une plaque de fil de pinçage (31) et un élément élastique (34), la plaque de fil de pinçage (31) étant entraînée par la plaque de poussée de fil de pinçage (32).
- Tête de changement de couleur à grande vitesse selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle la première plaque d'actionnement (33) a une extrémité accouplée de manière pivotante à l'élément d'espacement (50) et une autre extrémité libre poussée par la plaque de pression de sélection de couleur (40) et la plaque de poussée de fil de pinçage (32).
- Tête de changement de couleur à grande vitesse selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle la plaque externe (60) comporte une encoche (61) pour fixer un dispositif de retrait de bourre (70) détachable par l'intermédiaire de l'élément de fixation (90) pour retirer la bourre, le dispositif de retrait de bourre (70) comportant des intervalles pour l'opération de pinçage de ladite plaque de fil de pinçage (31), le nombre d'intervalles étant identique au nombre d'éléments d'espacement (50).
