  • Another set of the yarn feeding mechanism (not shown in the drawings) and another set of the yarn clipping mechanism (not shown in the drawings) resume the aforesaid operations only when the needle selection device (not shown in the drawings) is changed to another colored yarn. Then another colored yarn is picked up and released for knitting operation. Meanwhile, the second thrust portion 233 of the feeding yarn pushing plate 23 exposed outside the spacer 50 is driven by the lower cam (not shown in the drawings) to drive the linkage bar 22 forwards, and the linkage bar 22 moves about an axial hole 221 to sway the pivotal juncture of the pivot head 223 and the coupling portion 212 to move the yarn feeding plate 21 along the moving path of the action slot 211 to move the yarn rewards (referring to FIG.

Claims (9)

  1. Hochgeschwindigkeits-Farbwechseikopf für Pinseiten-Rundstrickmaschinen, eingebaut in einer Rundstrickmaschine und gesteuert durch einen Rückkehmocken, eine Farbauswahleinrichtung und einen oberen Nocken sowie einen unteren Nocken der Rundstrickmaschine, um einen Farbgarn-Zuführvorgang ausruführen und einen farbigen Jaquard-Strickeffekt zu erzielen, umfassend:
    zwei äußere Platten (60), die sich auf zwei Außenseiten des Farbwechselkopfes (2) befinden;
    eine Mehrzahl von Garnzufühnnechanismen (20), die sich zwischen den beiden äußeren Platten (60) befinden, um für den Farbgarn-Zuführvorgang zu sorgen;
    eine Mehrzahl von Garnabtrennmechanismen (30), die zwischen den beiden äußeren Platten (60) und den Garnzufiihrmechanismen (20) alternierend angeordnet sind, um die harbgarne zu klemmen und abzutrennen bzw. abzuscheiden;
    eine Mehrzahl von Distanzstücken (50), die sich zwischen den äußeren Platten (60), den Gamzuführmechanismen (20) und den Garnabtrennmechanismen (30) befinden; und
    eine Mehrzahl von Farbauswahl-Pressplatten bzw. Farbauswahl-Drüekplatten (40), die sich zwischen den beiden äußeren Platten (60) bcünden, wobei jede Farbauswahl-Drückplatte (40) einem Garnzufühnmechanismus (20) und einem Garnabtrennmechanismus (30) zugeordnet ist;
    wobei die Farbauswahl-Drückplatten (40) von der Farbauswahleinnchtung gesteuert werden, um den entsprechenden Garnzuführmechanismus (20) und Gamabtrennmechanismus (30) zu aktivieren,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Gamzuführvorgang der Garnzuführmechanismen (20) und der Garnabtrennvorgang der Garnabtrennmechanismen (30) gesondert mit Hilfe des oberen und unteren Nockens mit hoher Geschwindigkeit gesteuert wird, ohne dass die Garne fallengelassen werden.
  2. Hochgeschwindigkeits-Farbwechselkopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei jeder der Garnzufühnmechanismen (20) eine zweite Betätigungsplatte (26), eine zuführende Garndruckplatte (23), einen Verbindungsarm (22), eine Garnzuführplatte (21) und ein elastisches Element (24) umfasst, wobei die Garnzuführplatte von der zuführenden Garndrückplatte (23) mit Hilfe des Verbindungsarms (22) angetrieben wird.
  3. Hochigeschwindigkeits-Farbwechselkopf nach Anspruch 2, wobei jedes der Distanzstücke (50) ein Befestigungs-Augenstück (54) aufweist, wobei die Garnzufiihrplatte (21) einen ersten Augenstückschlitz (211) aufweist, der mit dem Befestigung-Augenstück (54) gekoppelt ist.
  4. Hochgeschwindigkeits-Farbwcchsellkopf nach Anspruch 2, wobei eine Rohgarn-Sicherungsplatte (80) oberhalb der Garnzuführplatte (21) angeordnet ist, welche außerhalb des Distanzstückes (50) frei zugänglich ist, um einen Eintritt des Rohgarns zu verhindern.
  5. Hochgesehwindigkeits-Farbwcchselkopf nach Anspruch 2, wobei die zweite Betätigungsplatte (26) ein erstes Ende, das schwenkbeweglich mit dem Distanzstück (50) gekoppelt ist, und ein anderes freies Ende aufweist, das eingespannt ist und von der Farbauswahl-Drückplatte (40) und der zuführenden Garndrückplatte (23) mit Druck beaufschlagt wird.
  6. Hochgeschwindigkeits-Farbwcchselkopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei jedes der Distanzstücke (50) ein Befestigungs-Augenstück (54), eine erste Befestigungsstelle (51) und eine zweite Befestigungsstelle (52) aufweist.
  7. Hochgeschwindigkeits-Farbwechselkopf nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Garnabtrennmechanismus (30) eine erste Betätigungsplatte (33), eine klemmende Garndrückplatte (32), eine klemmende Garnplatte (31) und ein elastisches Element (34) aufweist, wobei die klemmende Gamplatte (31) von der klemmenden Garmdrückplatte (32) angetrieben wird.
  8. Hochgeschwindigkeits-Farbwcchselkopf nach Anspruch 7, wobei die erste Betätigungsplatte (33) ein erstes Ende, das schwenkbeweglich mit dem Distanzstück (50) gekoppelt ist, und ein anderes freies Ende aufweist, das von der Farbauswahl-Drückplatte (40) und der klemmenden Garndrückplatte (32) vorgetrieben wird.
  9. Hochgesehwindigkeits-Farbweehselkopf nach Anspruch 7, wobei die äußere Platte (60) eine Kerbe (61) aufweist, um eine abnehmbare Rohgarn-Enifermungseinrichtung (70) mit Hilfe eines Befestigungselements (90) zu befestigen, um das Rohgarn zu beseitigen, wobei die Rohgarn-Entfernungseinrichtung (70) Intervalle für den Klemmvorgang der klemmenden Gamplatte (31) vorsieht, wobei die Anzahl von Intervallen gleich der Anzahl von Distanzstücken (50) ist.
