Claims (14)
- Dispositif de transfert de couches donnant des images d'un film support, qui constituent ensemble un film de transfert (5), sur des feuilles d'impression, comportant au moins un cylindre de contre-pression (4), une unité d'application (1) pour un revêtement en images des feuilles d'impression par une colle et un module de revêtement (2) pour transférer les couches donnant des images du film support sur la feuille d'impression dans un intervalle de transfert (6) entre le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un rouleau presseur (3) du module de revêtement (2), le film support pouvant être guidé, avec sa face revêtue en contact avec la feuille d'impression, en commun avec celle-ci à travers l'intervalle de transfert (6) et les couches donnant des images pouvant alors être transférées en images sur la feuille d'impression, le module de revêtement (2) présentant en tant qu'unité de construction un dispositif d'acheminement d'une bande de film neuve depuis une réserve et de mise au rebut de la bande de film usagée ainsi que des moyens de guidage de la bande de film vers l'intervalle de transfert (6) et depuis l'intervalle de transfert (6),
caractérisé en ce que
le module de revêtement (2) et l'unité d'application (1) sont associés à l'unique cylindre de contre-pression (4) de manière à équiper un module intégré de transfert de film qui peut être placé à différents endroits dans une machine traitant des feuilles. - Machine d'impression comportant plusieurs unités d'impression (D), un module de revêtement (2) et un dispositif selon la revendication 1,
caractérisée en ce que
le module de revêtement (2) constitue une unité de construction qui présente un dispositif de réception d'au moins un rouleau de réserve de film (8) et au moins un rouleau collecteur de film (9) dotés d'entraînements, étant prévus, au niveau de la sortie ou de l'arrivée de la bande de film depuis la zone des rouleaux de film (8, 9), des éléments conducteurs pour dévier et tendre la bande de film dans la machine traitant des feuilles recevant le module de revêtement (2). - Machine d'impression selon la revendication 2,
caractérisée en ce que
il s'agit d'une machine d'impression comportant plusieurs unités d'impression (D) pour la création d'une impression colorée et que le module de revêtement (2) est installé en amont ou en aval des unités d'impression (D) ou intercalé entre elles. - Machine d'impression selon la revendication 2 ou 3,
caractérisée en ce que
le module de revêtement (2) est réalisé sous forme d'une unité transportable pouvant être couplée à une unité d'impression (D). - Machine d'impression selon les revendications 2 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que
un module de revêtement (2) permettant le revêtement sur toute la surface dans une machine traitant des feuilles est installé en aval de plusieurs unités d'impression pour la création d'une impression multicolore et qu'un contrecollage est effectué au moyen du module de revêtement (2). - Machine d'impression selon les revendications 2 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que
un module de revêtement (2) permettant le revêtement sur toute la surface dans une machine traitant des feuilles est installé en amont de plusieurs unités d'impression pour la création d'une impression multicolore et qu'un contrecollage est effectué au moyen du module de revêtement (2). - Machine d'impression selon les revendications 2 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que, dans une machine traitant des feuilles, plusieurs unités d'impression (D) sont disposées les unes derrière les autres, qu'entre au moins deux des unités d'impression (D), un dispositif de retournement (W) permettant de retourner des feuilles d'impression pour l'impression recto-verso est disposé et qu'au dispositif de retournement est associé un module de revêtement (2). - Machine d'impression selon les revendications 2 à 4,
caractérisée en ce que
plusieurs modules de revêtement (2) sont disposés directement les uns derrière les autres dans la machine. - Machine d'impression selon la revendication 8,
caractérisée en ce que
une unité d'application (1) pour la création d'un seul modèle d'encollage et deux modules de revêtement (2) se succédant permettant le transfert voisin mutuel de modèles d'images sont prévus ou qu'une première unité d'application (1) et un premier module de revêtement (2) pour la création d'un premier modèle d'image avec un premier revêtement ou une première couche de métallisation donnant des images et, lui succédant dans la machine, une deuxième unité d'application (1) et un deuxième module de revêtement (2) pour la création d'un deuxième modèle d'image superposé, non couvrant et à appliquer sur le premier avec un autre revêtement ou une autre couche de métallisation donnant des images sont prévus. - Machine d'impression selon les revendications 2 à 9,
caractérisée en ce que
un module de revêtement (2) fait partie d'une unité d'impression (D). - Machine d'impression selon les revendications 2 à 9,

caractérisée en ce que
le module de revêtement (2) ou module de revêtement intégré (2) est réalisé sous forme d'une unité rajoutée sur un soubassement d'une unité d'impression (D) composée d'un châssis, d'un tambour de transport de feuilles, d'un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et/ou d'un cylindre porte-image (20) et/ou d'un cylindre à blanchet (13).
