Definitions

  • the invention relates to a distribution strip with a busbar to which a first terminal for a conductor with a larger cross-section and a plurality of clamping spring terminals for conductors with a smaller cross-section are arranged.
  • a distribution bar is for example from the DE 201 05 501 U1 known.
  • the from the DE 201 05 501 U1 known distribution strip has a first number of screw terminals for electrical conductors with a larger cross section and a second, higher number of clamping spring terminals for electrical conductors with a smaller cross section. All connections are arranged on a common busbar. In order to adapt the number of poles required in each case to the requirements, it is possible to cut to the required extent. Such a lengthening is inherently irreversible.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a distribution strip for a plurality of electrical conductors with different cross-sections, which is characterized by a particularly flexible usability.
  • a distributor strip having the features of claim 1.
  • This distributor strip is provided both for the connection of conductors of a larger cross section by means of first connections, preferably screw connections, as well as for the connection of one compared to the number of conductors with a larger cross section Higher number of conductors with smaller cross section by means of clamping spring connections.
  • the distribution strip has a plurality of busbars, also referred to as busbars, to each of which at least one connection for a conductor with a larger cross section and at least two connections for conductors with a smaller cross section are located.
  • the otherwise electrically separated busbars can be connected by a so-called bridging piece.
  • the electrical contacting and mechanical support of this bridging piece serve the spring elements of the clamping spring terminals for the conductor with a smaller cross-section.
  • the spring elements of the clamping spring connections thus fulfill a multiple function, whereby the distribution bar is very efficiently produced while maintaining high flexibility.
  • the connection of two busbars by means of a bridging piece does not limit the possibilities of connecting electrical conductors to the distributor strip.
  • the distribution strip according to the invention has the advantage that the production or cancellation of an electrical connection between the individual bus bars is reversible. Another advantage is that, with the bridging piece removed, a defined minimum distance between the busbars exists, so that requirements with respect to clearances or creepage distances can be reliably maintained.
  • the spring which at the same time forms a part of the clamping spring terminal, attached to the busbar such that the bridging piece between the busbar and the spring is clamped.
  • the spring which forms both a part of the clamping spring terminal and the contacting of the bridging piece is formed according to claim 3 as a leaf spring.
  • leaf springs are also understood to mean springs which are offset by offsets or the like. partially deviate from a flat shape.
  • a first end of the leaf spring for clamping a conductor with smaller cross-section provided while the second end of the leaf spring is provided for clamping the bridging piece.
  • a rivet connection is preferably provided according to claim 5. This has in addition to rational production the advantage that no warping of parts occurs during the joining process.
  • Each spring is preferred, in particular to ensure a rotationally secure fixation, attached to two riveting points on the busbar.
  • a riveted joint it is also possible for example to provide a welded or soldered connection. In any case, it is a non-detachable connection.
  • a latching contour for example a detent recess, which preferably cooperates with a corresponding contour of the bridging piece.
  • a detent recess Through the detent recess in the busbar made of sheet metal an approximately knob-shaped elevation is given on the opposite side of the metal sheet of the busbar.
  • the bridging piece is pressed by the spring of the clamping spring connection against the knob-shaped elevation of the busbar. This defined contact points between the bridging piece and the busbars are available.
  • the various connections of the distribution strip can basically be positioned in various ways relative to each other.
  • the distribution strip can be designed in such a way that it is fed to the different conductors offset by 90 ° relative to one another.
  • the busbars are shaped such that the various terminals are arranged along the busbar at least approximately at the same height. That is, the Feed openings for the different conductors are at least approximately on a straight line, wherein the individual conductors from the same side, the so-called connection side, are to be supplied in parallel to the distribution strip.
  • the bus bar in cross-section, along its extension has a doubly angled shape, wherein a first outer angle portion of the profile of the busbar for contacting the bridging piece and a second outer angle portion for contacting a conductor with a smaller cross section is provided.
  • the center piece lying between these outer angle sections forms an obtuse angle with each of the outer angle sections and carries, preferably by means of a riveted connection, the spring which extends approximately from the first to the second outer angle section.
  • each end region of the profile of the busbar that is, in the two outer angular sections, one element, namely at least one conductor with a smaller cross-section and on the other hand the bridging piece to contact electrically and by means of a - And to fix the same spring.
  • the bridging piece and the conductors, in particular the conductors with a smaller cross-section are preferably fed from the same side of the busbar or plugged into the busbar.
  • the busbar has the necessary breakthroughs for the conductor with a smaller cross-section.
  • the outer angle sections of the profile of the busbar, to which on the one hand the conductors of smaller cross section and on the other hand the bridging piece are connected, are preferably arranged offset parallel to one another.
  • the busbar furthermore has a so-called contact tongue, which serves to connect the conductor with a larger cross-section and is preferably arranged parallel to the outer angular sections of the busbar, in particular to that angular section to which the conductors of smaller cross-section can be connected. in a plane lies.
  • the opening for the supply of the conductor with a larger cross-section is approximately at the level of the central portion of the profile of the busbar, that is, between the two outer angle sections.
  • a single spring may in principle be provided for cooperation with any number of conductors of smaller cross-section.
  • the spring for each conductor has a spring leaf.
  • it is preferably likewise divided into two parts.
  • two spring tongues are preferably arranged on both sides of the retaining contour of the busbar and the bridging piece in order to fix this particularly stable.
  • the attachable to two adjacent busbars bridging piece is preferably platelet-shaped, designed with a rectangular basic shape. By this form, a large-area contact with the busbars can be produced and easy handling possible.
