Claims (19)

  1. Ensemble constitué d'un bornier et d'un composant électrique externe, comprenant :
    au moins un bornier (50) doté d'un corps de bornier (60) isolant et de bornes de raccordement (56a, 56b, 66) qui sont logées dans le corps de bornier, les bornes de raccordement comprenant au moins une première et une deuxième borne de raccordement d'extrémité de brin (56a, 56b) qui sont conçues pour introduire des extrémités de brins de câbles électrique, de l'extérieur dans la borne de raccordement d'extrémité de brin (56a, 56b) associée, en passant respectivement par un canal d'insertion de conducteur (62a, 62), et pour les raccorder électriquement au bornier (50) à l'aide de la borne de raccordement d'extrémité de brin (56a, 56b) respective,
    un composant électrique (24, 84, 94) externe comprenant un boîtier de composant (30) et une première et une deuxième jonction électrique,
    un support de composant (12, 72, 72', 72", 72'") à l'aide duquel le composant électrique est fixé mécaniquement à un petit côté (50a) du bornier (50),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la première jonction électrique comprend un premier fil de raccordement (34a), et sachant que, soit
    i) la deuxième jonction électrique comprend un deuxième fil de raccordement (34b), et les premier et deuxième fils de raccordement (34a, 34b) sont réalisés sous une forme enfichable pour les bornes de raccordement d'extrémités de brins (56a, 56b) du bornier (50) et sont enfichés respectivement dans les première et deuxième bornes de raccordement d'extrémités de brins (56a 56b) du bornier (50) où ils sont raccordés électriquement, soit
    ii) le support de composant (72, 72', 72", 72'") est lui-même réalisé sous une forme électriquement conductrice et la deuxième jonction électrique du composant électrique (24, 84, 94) est reliée électriquement et mécaniquement au support de composant (72, 72', 72", 72"'), et le premier fil de raccordement (34a) est réalisé sous une forme enfichable pour les bornes de raccordement d'extrémités de brins du bornier (50) et est enfiché dans la première borne de raccordement d'extrémité de brin du bornier (50) où il est raccordé électriquement, et le support de composant (72, 72', 72", 72'") est réalisé sous une forme enfichable pour l'une des bornes de raccordement (56a, 56b, 66) du bornier (50) et est enfiché directement dans l'une des bornes de raccordement (56a, 56b, 66) du bornier (50) où il est raccordé électriquement.
  2. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le composant électrique (24, 84, 94) est une diode ou une résistance.
  3. Ensemble selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le composant électrique (24, 84, 94) est une diode de puissance avec un courant direct continu moyen IFAV ≥ 2,5 A avec sin 180 et Ta = 45 °C.
  4. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le composant électrique (24, 84, 94) est disposé librement et sans avec le boîtier de composant (30) dans un boîtier en matière plastique (4) séparé, prévu en plus du boîtier de composant (30) et pouvant être enfiché dans le bornier (50), au-dessus d'un petit côté supérieur (60a) du corps de bornier (60), dans lequel se trouvent les canaux d'insertion de conducteurs (62a, 62b) lorsque le composant électrique est fixé mécaniquement au petit côté supérieur du bornier (50) à l'aide du support de composant (12, 72, 72', 72", 72"'), de sorte que le boîtier de composant (30) est dégagé sur le côté et peut transmettre de la chaleur directement à l'air ambiant, en étant dégagé à l'extérieur des parois d'un boîtier en matière plastique (4) supplémentaire séparé, pouvant être enfiché dans le bornier (50).
  5. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le composant électrique (24, 84, 94) a une forme axiale, et le boîtier de composant (30) présente une première et une deuxième face frontale (30a, 30b) qui se font face dans le sens axial,
    le premier fil de raccordement (34a) faisant axialement saillie sur la première face frontale (30a) du boîtier de composant (30),
    la deuxième jonction électrique du composant électrique (24, 84, 94) étant réalisée sous forme de tige filetée (26) qui fait saillie axialement sur la deuxième face frontale (30b) du boîtier de composant (3D), et
    le composant électrique (24, 84, 94) étant solidement vissé au support de composant à l'aide de la tige filetée (26) et d'un écrou de fixation (28) correspondant.
  6. Ensemble selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le deuxième fil de raccordement (34b) s'étend axialement à partir de la tige filetée (26) du composant électrique (24) ou de l'écrou de fixation (28) correspondant.
  7. Ensemble selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel le premier et le deuxième fil de raccordement (34a, 34b) font saillie axialement, dans des sens opposés, à partir du composant électrique, et dans lequel le premier et le deuxième fil de raccordement (34a, 34b) sont coudés, les extrémités libres (38a, 38b) coudées des premier et deuxième fils de raccordement (34a, 34b) s'étendant dans la même direction, perpendiculairement à la forme axiale du composant électrique (24), et la distance entre les extrémité libres (38a, 38b) coudées des premier et deuxième fils de raccordement (34a, 34b) étant adaptée à la distance entre les bornes de raccordement d'extrémités de brins (56a, 56b) associées.
  8. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le support de composant est réalisé sous la forme d'un élément rapporté encliquetable (12), à l'aide duquel le composant électrique (24) est relié de manière mécaniquement solide pour former un module (40),
    le module (40), constitué du composant électrique (24) et de l'élément rapporté encliquetable, pouvant être enfiché en tant qu'unité respectivement dans les première et deuxième bornes de raccordement d'extrémités de brins (56a, 56b), en faisant passer en premier les extrémités libres (38a, 38b) des premier et deuxième fils de raccordement (34a, 34b) dans les premier et deuxième canaux d'insertion de conducteurs (62a, 62b), et pouvant être serré et raccordé électriquement par ces bornes, de la même manière que des extrémités de brins de câbles électriques, et
    l'élément rapporté encliquetable (12) présentant des moyens d'encliquetage (20) qui s'enclenchent avec des moyens d'encliquetage (58) correspondants du corps de bornier (60), aux fins d'encliqueter le module (40), constitué du composant électrique (24) et de l'élément rapporté encliquetable (12) sur le corps de bornier (60).
  9. Ensemble selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'élément rapporté encliquetable (12) présente une partie de fond (14) avec une face inférieure (14b) tournée vers le bornier (50) et une face supérieure (14a) opposée au bornier (50), ainsi qu'avec une aile de support (16) qui s'étend à partir de la face supérieure de la partie de fond, les moyens d'encliquetage (20) étant réalisés sous forme de pattes d'encliquetage qui s'étendent à partir de la face inférieure (14b) de la partie de fond (14), dans le sens opposé au sens de l'aile de support (16), de sorte que l'aile de support (16) s'étend à partir de la partie de fond (14) dans le sens opposé au bornier (50), et le boîtier de composant (30) s'étend perpendiculairement à l'aile de support (16) lorsque les pattes d'encliquetage (20) sont enclenchées dans une rainure d'encliquetage (58) du corps de bornier (60) et le module (40) est ainsi fixé sur le bornier (50).
  10. Ensemble selon la revendication 9, dans lequel l'aile de support (16) présente une ouverture (22) à travers laquelle s'étend la tige filetée (26) du composant électrique (24), et dans lequel l'aile de support (16) est fixée entre la deuxième face frontale (30b) du boîtier de composant (30) et l'écrou de fixation (28).
  11. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 8 à 10, dans lequel une rainure d'encliquetage (58) centrale du corps de bornier (60), qui est normalement destinée à l'encliquetage d'étiquettes de repérage, est utilisée comme moyen d'encliquetage correspondant du corps de bornier (60) pour l'encliquetage avec le support de composant (12).
  12. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, dans lequel le support de composant est réalisé sous forme d'élément métallique enfichable (72, 72', 72", 72"') doté d'une tête de fixation (74) et d'au moins une patte de fixation (90), la deuxième jonction électrique du composant électrique (84, 94) étant relié par la tête de fixation (74) à l'élément métallique enfichable, et l'élément métallique enfichable (72, 72', 72", 72"') prolongeant la deuxième jonction électrique et remplissant ainsi la fonction de raccordement électrique d'un deuxième fil de raccordement,
    sachant que le module (40', 40", 40'"), constitué du composant électrique (84, 94) et de l'élément métallique enfichable, est enfiché en tant qu'unité dans la première borne de raccordement d'extrémité de brin (56a, 56b), en faisant passer en premier l'extrémité libre du premier fil de raccordement (34a) dans le premier et deuxième canal d'insertion de conducteur (62a, 62b), et peut être serré et raccordé électriquement par cette borne, de la même manière qu'une extrémité de brin d'un câble électrique, et est enfiché dans la deuxième borne de raccordement d'extrémité de brin (56b, 56a), en faisant passer en premier la patte d'enfichage (90) de l'élément métallique enfichable (72, 72', 72", 72'") dans le deuxième canal d'insertion de conducteur (62ba, 62ab), et peut être serré et raccordé électriquement par cette borne, de la même manière qu'une extrémité de brin d'un câble électrique, ou bien il est inséré dans une borne de raccordement (66) d'une ligne de pontage (64) du bornier (50), sachant que le composant électrique (84, 94) est fixé au bornier (50) par la liaison à enfichage entre le bornier (50) et l'élément métallique enfichable (72, 72', 72", 72"'), de sorte que par le biais de l'élément métallique enfichable (72, 72', 72", 72'"), le composant électrique (84, 94) est raccordé électriquement au bornier (50) et est en même temps fixé mécaniquement au bornier (50).
  13. Ensemble selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la tête de fixation (74) présente une ouverture (82) à travers laquelle s'étend la tige filetée (26) du composant électrique (84, 94), et la tête de fixation (74) est fixée entre la deuxième face frontale (30b) du boîtier de composant (30) et un écrou de fixation (28).
  14. Ensemble selon la revendication 13, dans lequel l'ouverture (82) dans la tête de fixation (74) est ouverte dans le sens radial, de sorte que la tige filetée (26) du composant électrique (84, 94) peut être mise en place également dans le sens radial lorsque l'élément métallique enfichable (72, 72', 72", 72"') est inséré dans le bornier (50).
  15. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 12 à 14, dans lequel l'élément métallique enfichable (72, 72', 72", 72'") est constitué de tôle métallique découpée.
  16. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 12 à 15, dans lequel l'élément métallique enfichable (72, 72', 72", 72'") présente deux ou plusieurs pattes d'enfichage (90) qui peuvent être insérées dans des canaux d'insertion de conducteurs (61a, 62b) ou des lignes de pontage (64), situés les uns à côté des autres, de borniers (50, 50', 50", 50'") adjacents, afin d'établir à l'aide de l'élément métallique enfichable un pontage électrique entre les borniers (50, 50', 50", 50'") adjacents.
  17. Ensemble selon l'une des revendications 12 à 16, dans lequel le premier fil de raccordement (34a) est coudé, l'extrémité libre (38a) coudée du premier fil de raccordement (34a) et la patte d'enfichage (90) de l'élément métallique enfichable s'étendant dans la même direction, perpendiculairement à la forme axiale du composant électrique (84, 94), et la distance entre l'extrémité libre (38a) coudée du premier fil de raccordement (34a) et la patte d'enfichage (90) étant adaptée à la distance entre les bornes de raccordement (56a, 56b, 66) associées.
  18. Elément rapporté encliquetable (12), de l'ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 11, destiné à tenir un composant électrique (24) de forme axiale, comportant un boîtier de composant(30) qui présente une première et une deuxième face frontale (30a, 30b) se faisant face dans le sens axial, et dans lequel un premier et un deuxième fil de raccordement (34a, 34b) font saillie axialement hors du composant électrique (24), respectivement en tant que première et deuxième jonction électrique, comprenant :
    une partie de fond (14) avec une face inférieure (14b), pouvant être tournée vers le bornier (50), et une face supérieure (14a) pouvant être placée à l'opposé du bornier (50), ainsi qu'une aile de support (16) qui s'étend à partir de la face supérieure (14a) de la partie de fond (14),
    des moyens d'encliquetage (20) qui s'étendent à partir de la face inférieure (14b) de la partie de fond (14), dans le sens opposé au sens de l'aile de support (16), et peuvent être enclenchés dans une rainure d'encliquetage (58) sur un petit côté (60a) supérieur du corps de bornier (60), de sorte que l'aile de support (16) s'étend à partir de la partie de fond (14) dans le sens opposé au bornier (50), lorsque l'élément rapporté encliquetable (12) est enclenché sur le corps de bornier (60),

  19. Elément métallique enfichable (72, 72', 72", 72"'), de l'ensemble selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8 et 12 à 17, destiné à tenir un composant électrique (84, 94) de forme axiale, comportant un boîtier de composant(30) qui présente une première et une deuxième face frontale (30a, 30b) se faisant face dans le sens axial, et dans lequel un premier fil de raccordement (34a), en tant que première jonction électrique, fait saillie axialement sur la première face frontale (30a) du boîtier de composant (30), et dans lequel la deuxième jonction électrique du composant électrique (84, 94) est réalisée sous forme de tige filetée (26) qui fait saillie axialement sur la deuxième face frontale (30b) du boîtier de composant (30), comprenant :
    une tête de fixation et au moins une patte de fixation (90) réalisée d'une seule pièce avec la tête de fixation (74),
    une ouverture (82) dans la tête de fixation (74) pour l'insertion de la tige filetée (26), le boîtier de composant (30) axial s'étendant perpendiculairement à l'élément métallique enfichable, lorsque la tige filetée (26) est fixée par vissage dans l'ouverture (82) de la tête de fixation (74) à l'aide d'un écrou de fixation (28) correspondant, de sorte que l'élément métallique enfichable, conjointement avec le composant électrique (84, 94) vissé dans celui-ci, peut être rapporté sur le bornier (50) en tant qu'unité assemblée solidement sur le plan mécanique, sachant que, soit
