Claims (11)
- Einrichtung zum Umlenken einer Materialbahn (03; 04), wobei mindestens zwei Umlenkstangen (13; 14) in einer gemeinsamen Führung verstellbar angeordnet und die tiefsten Mantellinien (TML13; TML14) der Umlenkstangen (13; 14) in unterschiedlichen Ebenen (E2; E3) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (a) zwischen den Ebenen (E2; E3) kleiner als ein kleinster Durchmesser einer Umlenkstange (13; 14) ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Abstand (a) zwischen den unterschiedlich hohen Ebenen (E2; E3) zwischen 0,8 mm bis 25 mm beträgt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwei Umlenkstangen (13; 14) einen Öffnungswinkel von 90° einschließen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf Produktionsrichtung (L) bezogen, vor den Umlenkstangen (13; 14) eine Führungswalze (11) und nach den Umlenkstangen (13; 14) eine Registerwalze (18) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die tiefste Mantellinie (TML1 3; TML14) der beiden Umlenkstangen (13; 14) auf und die höchste Mantellinie (HML18) der Registerwalze (18) annähernd in der gleichen Ebene (E3) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der beiden Umlenkstangen (13; 14) eine dritte verstellbare Umlenkstange (29) angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die tiefste Mantellinie (TML29) der dritten Umlenkstange (29) und die tiefste Mantellinie (TML18) der Registerwalze (18) annähernd in der gleichen Ebene (E6) angeordnet sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umlenkstangen (13; 14; 29) und die Register (18) einen Winkel von ca 45° einschließen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fuhrungswalze (11) und die Registerwalze (18) einen Winkel von ca. 90° einschließen
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste und zweite Umlenkstange (13; 14) gemeinsam motorisch erstellbar sind.
- Einrichtung zum Umlenken einer Materialbahn (03; 04), wobei mindestens zwei Umlenkstangen (13; 14; 29) und eine Registerwalze (18) angeordnet sind und die Registerwalze (18) parallel und die Umlenkstangen (13; 14; 29) unter ca. 45° zur Produktionsrichtung (L) der in die Einrichtung einlaufenden Materialbahn (03; 04) angeordnet sind, die tiefste Mantellinie (TML13; und TML14) der einen Umlenkstange (13; 14) und die höchste Mantellinie (HML 18) der Registerwalze (18) annähernd in einer Ebene (E3) angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß eine dritte Umlenkstange (29) angeordnet ist und daß die tiefste Mantellinie (TML29) der dritten Umlenkstange (29) und die tiefste Mantellinie (TML18) der Registerwalze (18) annähernd in der gleichen Ebene (E6) angeordnet sind.
