Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour dévier une bande de matériau (03; 04), où au moins deux barres de renvoi (13; 14) sont disposées de façon réglable dans un guidage commun et les lignes d'enveloppe les plus basses (TML 13; TML 14) des barres de renvoi (13; 14) étant disposées dans des plans (E2; E3) différents, caractérisé en ce que l'espacement (a) entre les plans (E2; E3) est inférieur au diamètre minimal d'une barre de renvoi (13; 14).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'espacement (a) entre les plans (E2; E3) situés à une hauteur différente est compris entre 0,8 mm et 25 mm.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que deux barres de renvoi (13; 14) font un angle d'ouverture de 90°.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, en se référant à la direction de production (L); en amont des barres de renvoi (13; 14) est disposé un rouleau de guidage (11 ) et en aval des barres de renvoi (13; 14) est disposé un rouleau de registre (18).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la ligne d'enveloppe (TML 13; TML 14) la plus basse des deux barres de renvoi (13; 14) est disposée sur le plan (E3), et la ligne d'enveloppe (HML 18) la plus haute du rouleau de registre (18) est disposée à peu près dans le même plan (E3).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que au-dessous des deux barres de renvoi (13; 14) est disposée une troisième barre de renvoi (29) réglable.
  7. Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 6, caractérisé en ce que la ligne d'enveloppe (TML 29) la plus basse de la troisième barre de renvoi (29) et la ligne d'enveloppe (TML 18) la plus basse du rouleau de registre (18) sont disposées à peu près dans le même plan (E6).
  8. Dispositif selon les revendications 4 et 6, caractérisé en ce que les barres de renvoi (13; 14; 29) et le rouleau de registre (18) font un angle d'environ 45°.
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau de guidage (11 ) et le rouleau de registre (18) font un angle d'environ 90°.
  10. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la première et la deuxième barres de renvoi (13; 14) sont réglables conjointement, de façon motorisée.
  11. Dispositif de renvoi d'une bande de matériau (03; 04), où au moins deux barres de renvoi (13; 14; 29) et un rouleau de registre (18) sont disposés et un rouleau de registre (18) est disposé parallèlement à, et les barres de renvoi (13; 14; 29) sont disposées sous un angle d'environ 45° par rapport à, la direction de production (L) de la bande de matériau (03; 04) entrant dans le dispositif, la ligne enveloppe (TML 13; TML 14) la plus basse d'un premier rouleau de renvoi (13; 14) et la ligne d'enveloppe (HML 18) la plus haute du rouleau de registre (18) étant disposées à peu près dans un plan (E3), caractérisé en ce qu'une troisième barre de retournement (29) est disposée, et en ce que la ligne enveloppe la plus basse (TML 29) de la troisième barre de renvoi (29) et la ligne d'enveloppe la plus basse (TML 18) du rouleau de registre (18) sont disposées à peu près dans le même plan (E6).
