Claims (15)
- Kunststoffplatte (1), insbesondere zum Auskleiden von Betonbauteilen, vorzugsweise aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff, mit auf mindestens einer Seite einstückig mit ihr ausgebildeten sich verspreizenden Flügelementen (3), die in ihrem Fußbereich über Stützstege (4) miteinander verbunden sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Höhe der Stützstege (4) mindestens 70%, vorzugsweise mindestens 80 % der Höhe der Flügelelemente (3) beträgt, die in ihrem Fußbereich bogenförmige Übergänge (6) zur Kunststoffplatte (1) aufweisen. - Kunststoffplatte nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Radius des Übergangs etwa 50 % der Dicke eines Flügelelementes beträgt. - Kunststoffplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelelemente (3) an ihren freien Enden beginnend ab dem der Kunststoffplatte abgewandten Ende der Stützstege (4) einen größeren Spreizwinkel als im Bereich der Stützstege (4) einschließen. - Kunststoffplatte nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeweils zwei Flügelemente (3) versetzt zueinander angeordnet und über mindestens einen Stützsteg (4) miteinander verbunden sind. - Kunststoffplatte nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelemente (3) eines Flügelelementpaares (2) praktisch über ihre gesamte Breite zueinander versetzt und in ihren aneinander angrenzenden Bereichen über einen Stützsteg (3) miteinander verbunden sind. - Kunststoffplatte nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelelemente (3) eines Flügelelementpaares (2) fluchtend zueinander angeordnet sind und der jeweilige Stützsteg (4) symmetrisch zwischen den Flügelelemente vorgesehen ist. - Kunststoffplatte nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelementpaare (2) jeweils zwei Endstützstege (4.1) aufweisen. - Kunststoffplatte nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beiderseits der Flügelelementpaare (2) mit Flügelelementen (3) gleicher Breite je ein Endstützsteg (4. 1) vorgesehen ist. - Kunststoffplatte nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Endstützstegen (4, 1) weitere Stützstege (4) vorhanden sind. - Kunststoffplatte nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelelemente (3)unterschiedliche Breite (7) haben und die Stützstege (4) sich von den Längsseiten des Flügelementes (3) geringerer Breite senkrecht zum Flügelelement (3) größerer Breite erstrecken. - Kunststoffplatte nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die versetzt zueinander angeordneten Flügelelemente (3) eines Flügelelementenpaares (2) über je einen Stützsteg (4) miteinander verbunden sind, der im wesentlichen die gleiche Breite wie die Flügelelemente (3) aufweist. - Kunststoffplatte nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite (7) des Stützsteges (4) zwischen zwei Flügelelementen (3) geringer als im Bereich der Verbindung mit den Flügelelementen (3) ist (Fig. 7.1). - Kunststoffplatte nach mindestens einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelelemente rechteckigen, quadratischen oder mehreckigen Querschnitt aufweisen. - Kunststoffplatte nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelelemente gebrochene oder gerundete Kanten aufweisen. - Kunststoffplatte nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flügelelemente runden, ovalen oder elliptischen Querschnitt aufweisen.
