Abstract

Bei der für eine Planheitsregelung des Walzbandes (6) zum Einsatz kommenden Walzenkühl- und/oder Schmiervorrichtung werden mit Sprühdüsen (11) ausgestattete, insbesondere den Arbeitswalzen zugeordnete Düsenbalken (7, 8) verwendet, die um ihre Längsachse (13-13) mittels eines Drehantriebs (29) schwenkbar und in Richtung der Längsachse (13-13) mittels eines Linearantriebs (Stellzylinder 26, 27) quer zur Walzrichtung des Walzbandes in Pfeilrichtung b, c verschiebbar sind.
In die Düsenbalken (7, 8) für die Arbeitswalzen (2, 3) sind Temperaturfühler (31) zur Erfassung der Größe des thermischen Walzenballens außerhalb der maximalen Bandbreite und in Walzenmitte durch eine Temperaturmessung der Walzenoberfläche zum Abgleich des Walzspaltmodells integriert.
