Abstract

本发明属于冷轧乳化斑处理技术领域,具体涉及一种中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流阻断装置,应用于各类冷轧轧机机组。中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流阻断装置,其特征在于它包括导轨、支撑轴承座、喷射挡板、螺母、丝杆、联轴器、齿轮电机,齿轮电机固定在冷轧轧机的机体上,齿轮电机的输出轴由联轴器与丝杆的一端相连,丝杆的另一端部由轴承与支撑轴承座相连,支撑轴承座固定在乳化液喷射梁上,丝杆上旋有螺母,喷射挡板的上端与螺母固定连接,喷射挡板位于乳化液喷嘴的前方,且喷射挡板位于导轨上,导轨固定在喷射梁防护罩上。本发明具有结构简单的特点;该装置可避免乳化液窜流。

技术领域
本发明属于冷轧乳化斑处理技术领域,具体涉及一种中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流阻断装置,应用于各类冷轧轧机机组。
背景技术
冷轧轧制过程中,为了减小被轧带钢的边部减薄,中间辊需要依据带钢宽度进行窜辊,如图1所示。由于中间辊窜辊时,喷射梁不随中间辊移动,因此,中间辊窜辊后,大量乳化液通过图1中的窜辊区域窜流到对侧带钢上,造成乳化液残留。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构简单的中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流阻断装置,该装置可避免乳化液窜流。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用技术方案是:中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流阻断装置,其特征在于它包括导轨、支撑轴承座、喷射挡板、螺母、丝杆、联轴器、齿轮电机,齿轮电机固定在冷轧轧机的机体上,齿轮电机的输出轴由联轴器与丝杆的一端相连,丝杆的另一端部由轴承与支撑轴承座相连,支撑轴承座固定在乳化液喷射梁上,丝杆上旋有螺母,喷射挡板的上端与螺母固定连接,喷射挡板位于乳化液喷嘴的前方,且喷射挡板位于导轨上,导轨固定在喷射梁防护罩上。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述结构,其结构简单;该装置可避免乳化液窜流。

具体实施方式
如图2、图3所示,中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流阻断装置,它包括导轨1、支撑轴承座3、喷射挡板4、螺母5、丝杆6、联轴器7、齿轮电机8,齿轮电机8固定(如螺栓连接或焊接)在冷轧轧机的机体上,齿轮电机8的输出轴由联轴器7与丝杆6的一端相连,丝杆6的另一端部由轴承与支撑轴承座3相连(丝杆6能旋转),支撑轴承座3固定(如螺栓连接或焊接)在乳化液喷射梁2上,丝杆6上旋有螺母5(构成丝杆副),喷射挡板4的上端与螺母5固定连接(如焊接,喷射挡板随螺母移动),喷射挡板4位于乳化液喷嘴的前方(可挡住乳化液喷射),且喷射挡板4位于导轨1上(可采用滑块、滑槽的方式,本实施例采用喷射挡板4的滑块位于导轨1上的滑槽,即喷射挡板沿导轨移动),导轨1固定在喷射梁防护罩9上。
当冷轧机轧制时,PLC会依据轧制带钢的宽度尺寸计算出中间辊的窜辊量,控制支撑辊窜辊,同时依据中间辊窜辊量计算出该装置中喷射挡板的移动距离。该装置接受指令后,由齿轮电机8(可正反转)驱动联轴器7带动丝杆6旋转,从而带动螺母5、喷射挡板4在导轨1上移动到指定位置,遮挡住窜辊空位处的喷射梁,使该喷射梁的喷射宽度与中间辊串辊位置相匹配,在中间辊窜辊空位处不喷射乳化液,避免乳化液窜流。

1.中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流阻断装置,其特征在于它包括导轨、支撑轴承座、喷射挡板、螺母、丝杆、联轴器、齿轮电机,齿轮电机固定在冷轧轧机的机体上,齿轮电机的输出轴由联轴器与丝杆的一端相连,丝杆的另一端部由轴承与支撑轴承座相连,支撑轴承座固定在乳化液喷射梁上,丝杆上旋有螺母,喷射挡板的上端与螺母固定连接,喷射挡板位于乳化液喷嘴的前方,且喷射挡板位于导轨上,导轨固定在喷射梁防护罩上。
