本发明属于冷轧乳化斑处理技术领域,具体涉及一种冷轧轧制过程中中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流的阻断方法,应用于各类冷轧轧机机组。中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流的阻断方法,其特征在于:在冷轧轧机的中间辊入口侧的乳化液喷射梁处设置喷射挡板,中间辊窜辊时,喷射挡板移动遮挡住窜辊空位处的乳化液喷射梁,使乳化液喷射梁的喷射宽度与中间辊窜辊位置相匹配,在中间辊窜辊空位处不喷射乳化液。本发明采用改变喷射梁喷射区域的方式避免窜辊空位处乳化液的窜流。

中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流的阻断方法
技术领域
本发明属于冷轧乳化斑处理技术领域,具体涉及一种冷轧轧制过程中中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流的阻断方法,应用于各类冷轧轧机机组。
背景技术
冷轧轧制过程中,为了减小被轧带钢的边部减薄,中间辊需要依据带钢宽度进行窜辊,如图1所示。由于中间辊窜辊时,喷射梁不随中间辊移动,因此,中间辊窜辊后,大量乳化液通过图1中的窜辊区域窜流到对侧带钢上,造成乳化液残留。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流的阻断方法,该方法可避免乳化液窜流。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所采用技术方案是:中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流的阻断方法,其特征在于:在冷轧轧机的中间辊入口侧的乳化液喷射梁处设置喷射挡板,中间辊窜辊时,喷射挡板移动遮挡住窜辊空位处的乳化液喷射梁,使乳化液喷射梁的喷射宽度与中间辊窜辊位置相匹配,在中间辊窜辊空位处不喷射乳化液。
本发明改变传统解决问题的思路,不采用针对已经窜流到轧辊对侧的乳化液进行封堵处理的方式,而是针对造成中间辊乳化液窜流的原因,即中间辊窜辊后乳化液喷射梁的喷射区域与中间辊位置不一致,在中间辊的窜辊空位处乳化液窜流到对侧带钢表面这一关键原因,采用如图2所示的方式,控制乳化液喷射梁的喷射区域,使乳化液的喷射区域与窜辊后中间辊的位置相匹配,在中间辊窜辊空位上不喷射乳化液,从根本上解决了由于中间辊窜辊空位窜流而造成的乳化斑问题。
本发明的有益效果是:采用改变喷射梁喷射区域的方式避免窜辊空位处乳化液的窜流。

具体实施方式
中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流的阻断方法,在冷轧轧机的中间辊入口侧的乳化液喷射梁处设置喷射挡板,中间辊窜辊时,喷射挡板移动遮挡住窜辊空位处的乳化液喷射梁,使乳化液喷射梁的喷射宽度与中间辊窜辊位置相匹配,在中间辊窜辊空位处不喷射乳化液。
所述的喷射挡板与移动机构相连,移动机构包括导轨1、支撑轴承座3、螺母5、丝杆6、联轴器7、齿轮电机8。
实现上述方法的中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流阻断装置,如图2、图3所示,它包括喷射挡板、移动机构,喷射挡板与移动机构相连。移动机构包括导轨1、支撑轴承座3、螺母5、丝杆6、联轴器7、齿轮电机8;齿轮电机8固定(如螺栓连接或焊接)在冷轧轧机的机体上,齿轮电机8的输出轴由联轴器7与丝杆6的一端相连,丝杆6的另一端部由轴承与支撑轴承座3相连(丝杆6能旋转),支撑轴承座3固定(如螺栓连接或焊接)在乳化液喷射梁2上,丝杆6上旋有螺母5(构成丝杆副),喷射挡板4的上端与螺母5固定连接(如焊接,喷射挡板随螺母移动),喷射挡板4位于乳化液喷嘴的前方(可挡住乳化液喷射),且喷射挡板4位于导轨1上(可采用滑块、滑槽的方式,本实施例采用喷射挡板4的滑块位于导轨1上的滑槽,即喷射挡板沿导轨移动),导轨1固定在喷射梁防护罩9上。
当冷轧机轧制时,PLC会依据轧制带钢的宽度尺寸计算出中间辊的窜辊量,控制支撑辊窜辊,同时依据中间辊窜辊量计算出该装置中喷射挡板的移动距离。该装置接受指令后,由齿轮电机8(可正反转)驱动联轴器7带动丝杆6旋转,从而带动螺母5、喷射挡板4在导轨1上移动到指定位置,遮挡住窜辊空位处的喷射梁,使该喷射梁的喷射宽度与中间辊窜辊位置相匹配,在中间辊窜辊空位处不喷射乳化液,避免乳化液窜流。

1.中间辊窜辊空位乳化液窜流的阻断方法,其特征在于:在冷轧轧机的中间辊入口侧的乳化液喷射梁处设置喷射挡板,中间辊窜辊时,喷射挡板移动遮挡住窜辊空位处的乳化液喷射梁,使乳化液喷射梁的喷射宽度与中间辊窜辊位置相匹配,在中间辊窜辊空位处不喷射乳化液。
