Claims (16)
- Verfahren zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf in einer Vorrichtung mit einem dampfdichten Gehäuse,bei dem die Warenbahn mittels einer Transportvorrichtung durch einen Einlaufschlitz in das Gehäuse, durch das Gehäuse hindurch und durch einen Auslaufschlitz hinaus gefördert wird,bei dem in mindestens einem Dampffeld der Vorrichtung Dampf im Umluftverfahren geführt unddurch Düsenöffnungen von Düsenkästen auf die Warenbahn aufgeblasen wird,
wobei im Gehäuse ein Überdruck aufrecht erhalten wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßin einer Schleuse vor dem Einlaufschlitz (2) des Gehäuses (1) Dampf auf die Warenbahn (4) aufgeblasen wird. - Verfahren zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dampf in der Schleuse mit einer Dampfgeschwindigkeit von 20 bis 40 m/s auf die Warenbahn (4) aufgeblasen wird.
- Verfahren zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Warenbahn in einer im wesentlichen horizontalen Ebene durch den Einlaufschlitz (2), das Gehäuse (1) und den Auslaufschlitz gefördert wird.
- Verfahren zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei ein Teil des Dampfes nach Kontakt mit der Warenbahn (4) als Abdampf aus den Dampffeldern abgezogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in der Schleuse zugeführte Dampf ein Teilstrom des Abdampfes ist.
- Verfahren zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der in der Schleuse zugeführte Abdampf aus dem vorderen Bereich der Vorrichtung abgezogen wird.
- Verfahren zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Schleuse vor dem Einlaufschlitz (2) des Gehäuses (1) vor dem Aufblasen von Dampf erwärmte Luft auf die Warenbahn (4) aufgeblasen wird.
- Verfahren zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Schleuse vor dem Einlaufschlitz (2) des Gehäuses (1) vor dem Aufblasen von Dampf und/oder hinter dem Aufblasen von Dampf Gas abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Schleuse zunächst erwärmte Luft, anschließend Dampf zugeführt und schließlich Dampf und ggf. Luft abgesaugt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf,mit einem dampfdichten Gehäuse mit einem Einlauf- und einem Auslaufschlitz,mit einer Transportvorrichtung für die Warenbahn,mit mindestens einem Dampffeld,mit einer Vorrichtung zum Führen von Dampf im Umluftverfahren undmit Düsenkästen mit auf die Warenbahn zielenden Düsenöffnungen
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßvor dem Einlaufschlitz (2) eine Schleuse mit mindestens einer Dampfkammer (12) mit Düsenkästen (13), an die eine Dampfzuleitung (17) angeschlossen ist, angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transportvorrichtung im Innern des Gehäuses (1) im Bereich des Einlaufschlitzes (2) und im Bereich des Auslaufschlitzes eine für die Warenbahn (4) im wesentlichen horizontale Transportebene bildet.
- Vorrichtung zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, wobei die Dampffelder mit Dampfableitungen versehen sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dampfzuleitung (17) zur Schleuse mit einer der Dampfableitungen (8) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dampfzuleitung (12) zur Schleuse mit einer mit dem vorderen Bereich der Vorrichtung verbundenen Dampfableitung (8) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleuse eine der Dampfkammer (12) vorgelagerte Luftkammer (15) mit Düsenkästen (23), an die eine Luftzuleitung (21) angeschlossen ist, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleuse mindestens eine Absaugkammer (16), die vor der Dampfkammer (12) und/oder hinter der Dampfkammer (12) angeordnet ist, aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schleuse in Transportrichtung hintereinander angeordnet eine Luftkammer (15), eine Dampfkammer (13) und eine Absaugkammer (16) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung zum Wärmebehandeln einer durchlaufenden Warenbahn durch Aufblasen von Dampf nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Düsenkästen (23, 13) einer oder mehreren der Kammern der Schleuse Schlitzdüsen (33, 34) aufweisen.
