Claims (11)
- Kunststoffbehälter für fließ- oder rieselfähige oder pastenartige Inhaltsstoffe, mit:a. einem Behälterhauptkörper (50) und einer am Hauptkörper (50) angrenzenden, umlaufenden Schulter (20), die eine Ausbuchtung (500") aufweist.b. einer zum Verschließen genannten Hauptkörpers (50) mit der genannten Schulter (20) zusammenwirkende Behälterkappe (100), an deren unteren Rand ein Siegelband (300) verläuft, das derart trennbar mit der Kappe (100) verbunden ist, daß es sich beim erstmaligen Trennen der Kappe (100) von der Schulter (20) von der ersteren löst und mit der letzteren verbunden bleibt; dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßc. die Ausbuchtung (500") eine Unterseite aufweist, die mit der Schulter einen spitzen Winkel einschließt, um das erste Aufdrehen der Kappe (100) zu erleichtern und beim ersten Öffnen des Behälters dem Siegelband einen widerhakenähnlichen Widerstand entgegenzusetzen.
- Kunstoffbehälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Siegelband (300) durch Stege (400) perforationsartig Tuben Kappe (100) verbunden ist.
- Kunstoffbehälter nach Anspruch 2, bei der auf dem Siegelband (300) und dem unteren Kappenrand jeweils mindestens ein Mitnahmeelement (405) angeformt ist, die derart zueinander angeordnet sind und zusammenwirken, daß beim erstmaligen Aufdrehen der Kappe (100) auf die Schulter (20) die Stege (400) durch die Mitnahmeelemente (405) von den auftretenden Scherkräften entlastet werden, und beim erstmaligen Trennen der Kappe (100) von der Schulter (20) die Scherkräfte in vollem Umfang auf die Stege (400) wirken und sie zerreißen.
- Kunstoffbehälter nach Anspruch 3, bei der entweder das Mitnahmeelement (405') auf der Kappe (100), oder das Mitnahmeelement (405') auf dem Siegelband (300) eine Auflaufschräge aufweist, die auch bei geringer Beabstandung der Mitnahmeelemente (405, 405') auf jeweils der Kappe (100) und dem Siegelband (300) sicherstellt, daß bei der erstmaligen Trennung von Kappe (100) und Schulter (20) die Scherkräfte in vollem Umfang auf die Stege (400) wirken und sie zerreißen.
- Kunstoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, wobei das Siegelband (300) über eine wulstartige Ausbuchtung (500) auf dem Behälterkörper gedrückt wird, die einen größeren äußeren Durchmesser aufweist als der innere Durchmesser des Siegelbandes (300).
- Kunstoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2-5, wobei die perforationsartigen Stege (400a) im wesentlichen parallel zur Behälterachse verlaufen.
- Kunstoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2-5, wobei die perforationsartigen Stege (400c) gegenüber der Behälterachse winklig angeordnet sind.
- Kunstoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 2-7, wobei die perforationsartigen Stege (400b) im Mündungsbereich von Steg und Siegelband (300) eine kerbenartige Ausnehmung (450) aufweisen.
- Kunstoffbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, wobei die Unterkante (352) des Siegelbandes (300) eine nach unten gerichtete sägezahnartige Kontur (352a, b) aufweist.
- Kunstoffbehälter nach Anspruch 9, wobei die sägezahnartige Kontur (352a, b) in eine komplementäre Kontur auf der Oberseite des Behälterkörpers eingreift.
- Kunstoffbehälter nach Anspruch 10, wobei die sägezahnartige Kontur eine drehhemmende Wirkung auf das Siegelband (300) ausübt, wenn die Kappe (100) zum Öffnen gedreht wird.
