Claims (6)
- Walzstraße zum Walzen von Flachstahl unter Verwendung von Universalgerüsten mit, anstelle der Vertikalwalzen in deren Gerüstbereich angeordneten, anstellverschiebbaren Trägern von Paaren loser Vertikalrollen.
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Universal-Gerüste in einer, für das Walzen von Profilen aus vorzugsweise stranggegossenen Vorprofilen bestimmten Kompaktwalzgruppe angeordnet sind, deren Vorwalzgruppe aus einem Vertikalduogerüst (VDG) bzw. einem Universalgerüst (UG) und einem Horizontalduogerüst (HDG) besteht, und die zwei Tandem-Universalgerüste (TUR und TUF) aufweist, die mit anstellbaren Vertikalwalzrollen (VWR) ausgestattet sind. - Walzstraße nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß den Tandem-Universalgerüsten (TUR und TUF) zwei oder mehr Universal-Fertiggerüste nachgeordnet sind. - Walzstraße nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vertikalwalzrollen (VWR) in anstellverschiebbaren Vertikal-Walz-Einbaustücken des Universalgerüstes gelagert sind. - Walzstraße nach den Ansprüchen 1 und/oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Vertikalwalzrollen (VWR) der Tandem-Universalgerüste (TUR) der Dicke der Seitenkanten des Walzgutprofils angepaßte Kalibereinschnitte (R) aufweist. - Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Walzenstraße nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Vorprofil (VP) mit Rechteckquerschnitt liegend in einem Stich (1) im Vertikalduogerüst (VDG) bzw. im Universalgerüst (UG) der Vorwalzgruppe gestaucht, anschließend in einem weiteren Stich (2) im Horizontalduogerüst breitend gewalzt und dann, in, jeweils zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Stichen (3, 4) und Reversierstichen (R5, R6) in den Tandem-Universalgerüsten (TUR und TUF) der Kompaktwalzgruppe bei gleichzeitiger Beaufschlagung der Seitenkanten des Walzprofils durch die Vertikalwalzrollen (VWR) fertiggewalzt wird. - Verfahren zum Betreiben einer Walzenstraße nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Vorprofil mit Rechteckquerschnitt liegend in einem Stich im Vertikal-Duogerüst bzw. im Universalgerüst der Vorwalzgruppe gestaucht, anschließend in einem weiteren Stich dem Horizontal-Duogerüst breitend gewalzt und dann in zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Stichen in den Tandem-Universalgerüsten der Kompaktwalzgruppe bei gleichzeitiger Beaufschlagung der Seitenkanten des Walzprofils durch die Vertikalrollen gewalzt und dann in den folgenden Universal-Fertiggerüsten in durchgehenden Stichen fertiggewalzt wird.
