Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif d'étirage pour des métiers à filer, essentiellement pour l'étirage avec des cylindres inférieurs disposés de façon stationnaire dans des estampes et avec des cylindres supérieurs retenus par des bras de pression pivotables autour d'un axe de pivotement parallèle aux cylindres inférieurs et verrouillables avec les estampes en position de fonctionnement, caractérisé en ce que chaque bras de pression (14) est divisé en deux sections (20, 21) dont la première (20) est logée dans les estampes moyennant l'axe de pivotement (19) et dont la deuxième (21) est fixée sur la première section (20) par une articulation (22) parallèle à l'axe de pivotement (19), et en ce qu'un mécanisme d'entraînement (24, 25, 26, 27) est prévu qui est configuré de telle sorte qu'à la fermeture à partir de la position ouverte, les deux sections (20, 21) se déplacent en commun jusqu'à ce que la première section (20) a atteint sa position de service et pivote ensuite la deuxième section (21) autour de l'articulation (22) dans sa position de service et en ce que, à l'ouverture, la deuxième section (21) pivote d'abord en dehors de sa position de service et ensuite seulement la première section (20) suit le déplacement et pivote également en dehors de sa position de service.
  2. Dispositif d'étirage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux sections (20, 21) de chaque bras de pression (14) forment une branche d'un parallélogramme, un élément d'entraînement (28) agissant sur la branche (25) de ce dernier essentiellement parallèle au bras de pression (14) et que cet élément est prétendu dans une position initiale moyennant des éléments de ressort (27).
  3. Dispositif d'étirage selon les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que la branche (25) essentiellement parallèle au bras de pression (14) est articulée avec un levier d'entraînement (24) sur l'axe de pivotement (19) et par un système à grenouillère (26, 27) sur les sections (20, 21) du bras de pression (14).
  4. Dispositif d'étirage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le levier (27) du système à grenouillère agissant sur la section (20) logée dans l'axe de pivotement (19) est conçu comme élément ressort.
  5. Dispositif d'étirage selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le système à grenouillère (26, 27) forme un verrouillage au-dessus du point mort.
  6. Dispositif d'étirage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la position extrême du parallélogramme est limitée par une butée (33).
  7. Dispositif d'étirage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que des butées de centrage (30, 31, 32) des estampes (10) sont affectées aux deux sections (20, 21) de chaque bras de pression (14).
  8. Dispositif d'étirage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que un verrouillage (34, 35) est prévu entre la deuxième section (21) de chaque bras de pression (14) et les estampes (10).
  9. Dispositif d'étirage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la deuxième section (21) de chaque bras de pression (14) est muni d'un talon de verrouillage (34) ne pouvant être verrouillé et déverrouillé dans un évidement (35) des estampes (10) que par pivotement autour de l'articulation (22) reliant la première section (20) se trouvant dans sa position de service.
