Claims (7)

  1. Dispositif pour rouler des filets ou profils analogues au moyen de deux outils de taillage par génération tournant dans le même sens, dont on peut régler l'écartement, les outils de taillage étant placés sur des chariots de guidage pouvant coulisser de manière appropriée de façon à avoir une modification synchrone de leur intervalle, caractérisé en ce qu'on relie les deux outils de taillage (4, 5) ou leurs chariots de guidage (10) chacun par un bras de levier (39) et une traverse (37), avec chaque fois une aile (24) d'un levier central (21), qui peut tourner sur un axe (A) grâce à un entraînement, le bras de levier (39) présente entre une articulation (38) à la traverse (37) et une connexion au chariot de guidage (10), un centre de rotation (40) fixe par rapport au châssis, et la liaison au chariot de guidage (10) se fait en ce que le bras de levier (39) dans un évidement (41) du chariot de guidage (10) tient une plaque de pression (45) pouvant coulisser par l'intermédiaire d'un goujon (42), limitée par l'évidement (41).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on guide la plaque de pression (45) entre une plaque de limitation (43) et une autre plaque de pression (44).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la traverse (37) comprend deux bandes (35, 36) qui, de chaque côté d'une aile (24) viennent en butée sur le levier central (21).
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la connexion des bandes (35, 36) avec les ailes (24) se fait par articulation par l'intermédiaire d'un goujon central (33).
  5. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les ailes (24) sont formées de chaque côté sur une gaine (22) qui tourne sur l'axe (A) dans des paliers (26, 29) correspondants solidaires du châssis.
  6. Dispositif selon au moins l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement (32) du levier central (21) est un cylindre linéaire à double action ou un cylindre à piston étanche.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que dans un perçage axial (23) de la gaine (22), un bout d'arbre (30) d'un réducteur (31) est en prise, et est relié à l'entraînement (32).
