Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for preparing mortar and screed, with a portable multi-chamber silo for the transport of additives and binders and dosing from separate chambers of different sizes of the multi-chamber silo into a collecting container, each chamber having a bottom-side outlet opening, leading to the collecting container Connect channels and the channel connected to the larger chamber is arranged substantially horizontally and provided with a conveyor.
- Such a facility is known (brochure from the company NCH Transportered GmbH, 4470 Meppen, Heidelbergstrasse 18 and exhibition of this silo at the BAUMA in April 1986).
- the filled silo is transported to the construction site in a lying position on a special vehicle and set up there in the vertical position .
- the conveyor consists of a screw conveyor, which conveys the additives through an opening in the front of the collection container, which is also a mixing container.
- a separate screw conveyor connects to the cement chamber, which leads the cement to a chute that opens into the cover area of the collecting container.
- the additives have depending on the consistency and moisture contains a very different flow behavior. If bridges form at the outlet connection of the silo chamber, the silo is no longer ready for delivery. The function is disturbed.
- the screw shaft conveyor is subject to high wear and tear and requires frequent maintenance.
- the screw conveyor for the aggregates and the mixing tool in the collection container are arranged on a common shaft.
- the mixing process can only take place as long as aggregates are being conveyed. It can only be removed from the front of the collection container. Problems arise when emptying.
- the object of the invention is to design a device of the generic type in such a way that the discharge of the additives from the silo chamber is always guaranteed, even with poor flow properties, both volume metering and weight metering of the mixing components is possible, higher wear resistance is achieved and finally one simpler and cheaper construction is achieved.
- the lying channel is formed in a channel which is swingingly mounted on the silo and is provided with a vibration motor.
- Vibratory troughs for the transport of bulk goods are generally known.
- the outlet spout of the larger chamber opens into the trough, the vibrations of the trough are transferred into the interior of the silo via the aggregate column, so that no bridges can form at the outlet spout and the discharge is constantly guaranteed.
- the outlet port of the larger silo chamber has a gate valve, this is only required during the transport of the silo, since the trough is the actual metering device. If the vibration motor is stopped, the delivery of the aggregates stops suddenly. The uneven flow of aggregates emerging from the silo is evened out in the trough.
- a preferably provided control slide can serve for this purpose, which limits the layer height in the channel. This allows the very different flow properties of the naturally moist additives to be taken into account in a simple manner.
- the delivery rate per unit of time can be set by simple frequency control of the vibration motor.
- One embodiment of the invention is that an outlet connection of the larger chamber extends into the channel at its end facing away from the collecting container and between the outlet connection and the walls of the trough an all-round distance is maintained and that an outlet opening of the trough is arranged above a cover-side inlet opening of the collecting container.
- This training enables the construction of the aggregate column, which is carried by the gutter at the bottom and extends upwards into the silo chamber.
- the front edge of the silo outlet nozzle also acts as a wiper lip and limits the layer height.
- the trough bridges the horizontal distance between the two chamber outlets, so that the collecting container need only have one inlet opening through which all mixing components are supplied.
- the collecting container is designed as a pressure container for conveying the mortar or screed, because then the inlet opening must be closed airtight and therefore only one closure is required.
- the outlet connection of the smaller chamber of the silo thus leads directly into the inlet opening of the collecting container.
- This outlet connection preferably projects into the conveying direction of the channel, at a distance behind the front end of a bottom-side outlet opening of the channel, or penetrates it.
- the channel forms a channel closed on all sides, with inlet openings for the outlet connection of both chambers and the bottom outlet opening, that the latter is surrounded by an outlet connection, which is tightly connected by a flexible pipe piece or a bellows to an inlet connection of the collecting container, that the outlet connection of the smaller chamber is flexible in the channel at least in the mouth area and is held in close contact with the channel, either that a sealing element extending between the two side walls of the channel protrudes downward from a top wall of the channel and ends above the channel bottom or that between the outlet connection of the larger one Chamber and the groove formed gap is elastically sealed and that a cover wall-side air outlet opening is provided, to which an air filter is connected. If the aforementioned sealing element is used, the air outlet opening, as seen in the conveying direction of the channel, lies behind this sealing element. Thanks to these features, it is achieved that when the collecting container is filled with cement, the resulting dust cannot escape to the outside.
- the trough or the outlet nozzle of the larger chamber protruding into it is vertical or inclined
- the movable control spool in the form of a plate protruding from above into the channel or the outlet connection and extending at least almost across its or its entire width, the distance from which is adjustable from the channel bottom.
- This control slide is operated manually in order to adapt the output quantity of the aggregates to their respective flow behavior.
- a water pipe opens in the conveying direction of the trough, behind the front end of the outlet opening on the bottom of the trough.
- a flexible pipe or flexible hose which penetrates the gutter and protrudes from below.
- the outlet connector of the smaller chamber or its extension tube and the water pipe preferably open in the area vertically above the inlet opening of the collecting container.
- the metering of the mixing components can be carried out by volume, the flow rate of the aggregates being determined by the flow speed forced by the vibration motor and the set layer height, while the cement supply is regulated, for example, by means of a cellular wheel.
- the amount of water is read on a water meter.
- the collecting container as a weighing container is movably suspended and provided with a weighing device and that a motor-driven mixing tool is arranged in the collecting container.
- a very compact design is achieved.
- the new facility can be operated continuously or in batches.
- a silo 10 has a larger chamber 12 and a smaller chamber 14, the latter through a curved wall 16 in the larger chamber is integrated so that the silo 10, apart from the two chamber outlet ports 18, 20 has a circular cylindrical wall.
- the outlet port 18 is closed by a slide valve 22 for transport. It remains open for mortar or screed preparation. Below the slide valve 22, the outlet 18 extends and projects into a slightly downwardly inclined closed channel 24, which has a bottom-side outlet opening 26 at the opposite end, to which an outlet 28 connects, which via a flexible pipe piece or bellows 30 to the Shut-off device 32 having inlet connection 34 of a collecting container 36 is connected.
- the trough 24 is suspended in a swinging manner by means of oscillating metal blocks 38 on struts 40 which are fastened to the silo 10.
- a vibrating motor 42 which is operated in particular by means of compressed air, acts on the trough 24.
- the top wall of the channel 24 has a bore 44 above the outlet opening 26 at the rear end of the channel.
- a hose adjoining the outlet connector 20 of the smaller chamber 14 passes through the bore 44 and outlet opening 26 and hangs in the bellows 30 in.
- the bottom opening 26 of the channel 24 is located directly at the end of the channel.
- the front edge 48 of the outlet opening 26 is straight and extends transversely to the longitudinal direction of the channel 24. At the ends of the front edge 48 there is an arcuate contour of the outlet opening 26.
- the hose 46 for the cement supply is located at a distance from the front edge 28, via which the aggregates reach the collecting container 36 from the channel 24. Immediately in front of the hose 46 there is a water inlet connection 50 on the top wall of the channel 24.
- a sealing member 52 made of rubber or the like extends between the side walls of the channel 24, protrudes downward from the top wall of the channel 24 and is guided to the front edge of the front wall of the outlet nozzle 18 which runs obliquely forward and downward, or simply lies on the aggregate bed on.
- this sealing element 52 there is an opening in the top wall of the channel 24, to which an air filter 56 is connected on the outside.
- a control slide 58 is arranged inclined downwards, which can be adjusted manually in order to be able to adjust the quantity of the additives to be discharged.
- the collection container 36 is pivotally or pivotally mounted about a transverse axis 60 and suspended at the other end via a weighing device 62 on the silo 10, as illustrated at 64.
- a motor-driven mixing tool is arranged in the collecting container.
- the collection container is part of a separate movable unit that simultaneously generates compressed air to remove the ready-mixed mortar or screed.
- the collection container 36 could belong to the silo and be suspended in an oscillating manner about the axis 60.
- the additives located in the silo chamber 12 form a uniform material column, which is supported on the bottom of the channel 24. If the vibration motor 42 is started, the aggregates are conveyed along the channel 24.
- the vibrations of the bulk material column are communicated, which is thereby kept loose, so that a constant inflow is ensured.
- the aggregates pass through the trough outlet opening 26 into the collecting container 36.
- the weighing device 62 stops the vibration motor 42 when the desired quantity has arrived.
- a closure member on the nozzle 20 is opened and, depending on the recipe, a desired amount of cement is fed, which is weighed additively.
- the resulting cement dust Thanks to the completely closed design of the channel 24 and the sealing element 52 resting on the material surface in the channel 24, it cannot escape to the outside.
- the appropriate amount of water is then added.
- the weighing device 62 controls the closing movement of the shut-off element 32 while the mixing device is running, after which the finished mixture is ready for dispensing.
- the existing rectangular annular gap between the lower end of the outlet connection 18 and the channel walls can also be sealed by means of rubber sleeves.

Abstract
Description
- FIG. 2 eine Vorderansicht der Einrichtung,
- FIG. 3 eine Draufsicht auf die Einrichtung,
- FIG. 6 eine Draufsicht auf die Förderrinne.
