Claims (7)

1. Kombinierte Rotationsdruckmaschine, insbesondere zum Druck von Wertscheinen, mit einerseitz einer indirekt druckenden Maschine (A) zum mehrfarbigen gleichzeitigen Schön- und Widerdruck, welche einen ersten Gummizylinder (12) in Kontakt mit mehreren Offsetplattenzylindern (8, 11), von denen jeder durch ein Farbwerk (7, 9) mit einer anderen Farbe einfärbbar ist und deren Anzahl der Zahl der Farben und Druckmuster des ersten, aus überlagerten Farben und Druckmustern bestehenden Bildes auf der einen Seite des Papiers (1) entspricht, und einen zweiten Gummizylinder (19) aufweist, der gegen den ersten Gummizylinder (12) gepresst und in mehreren, das zweite zu druckende Bild bildenden Farben einfärbbar ist, wobei das Papier (1) zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Gummizylinder (12, 19) hindurchläuft und dabei gleichzeitig auf seiner einen und seiner anderen Seite mit dem ersten bzw. dem zweiten Bild bedruckt wird, und andererseits mit einer Stahlstichdruckmaschine (D), welche einen in mehreren Farben einfärbbaren und mit einer Wischeinrichtung (35) und einem Druckzylinder (37) zusammenarbeitenden Plattenzylinder (36) aufweist, sowie mit einem Papiertransportsystem, welches die beiden Druckmaschinen (A, D) miteinander verbindet und in welchem eine Trocknungsvorrichtung (B) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die indirekt druckende Maschine (A) die erste Maschine ist, die das Papier passiert, und ausserdem einen dritten, als Farbsammelzylinderfungierenden Gummizylinder (16) aufweist, der sich mit mehreren Farbselektionswalzen (15) und mit einem Hochdruckplattenzylinder (17) in Kontakt befindet, welcher das vollständige Druckmuster des zweiten, auf der anderen Seite des Papiers (1) zu druckenden Bildes aufweist, dass die erwähnten Farbselektionswalzen (15), deren Anzahl gleich der Zahl der Farben des zweiten Bildes ist und deren Reliefbereiche den Teilen dieses in den verschiedenen Farben einzufärbenden Bildes entsprechen, durch je ein Farbwerk (14) in einer anderen Farbe einfärbbar sind und ein Bild mit nebeneinanderliegenden Farben auf den erwähnten Farbsammelzylinder übertragen, der seinerseits den erwähnten Hochdruckplattenzylinder (17) einfärbt, dass sich der zweite Gummizylinder (19) in Kontakt mit dem erwähnten Hochdruckplattenzylinder (17) befindet und von diesem das Bild mit nebeneinanderliegenden Farben erhält, und
im Papiertransportsystem eine Papierüberführungs- und Wendevorrichtung (C) zwischen der Trockungsvorrichtung (B) und der Stahistichdruckmaschine (D) vorgesehen ist, um das Papier (1) nach Bedarf zu wenden, je nachdem ob die das Bild mit überlagerten Farben und Druckmu- stern aufweisende Papierseite oder die das Bild mit nebeneinanderliegenden Farben aufweisende Papierseite in der Stahlstichdruckmaschine (D) mit einem Stichdruckbild bedruckt werden soll.
2. Maschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Papiertransportsystem zwischen der Papierüberführungs- und Wendevorrichtung (C) und der Stahlstichdruckmaschine (D) eine Vorrichtung zur Kontrolle und Korrektur des Registers (E) angeordnet ist.

Maschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Falle einer Bogendruckmaschine die Vorrichtung zur Kontrolle und Korrektur des Registers (E) einen Registerlesekopf (41) und eine Registertrommel (42) aufweist, auf der die Bögen nach dem Passieren des Registerlesekopfes (42) verlaufen und welche durch diesen zwecks eventueller Registerkorrektur steuerbar ist.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, bei welcher die Stahlstichdruckmaschine (D) ein abfahrbares Farbwerkgestell (29) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieses abfahrbare Farbwerkgestellt (29) mit einem System zur Sammeleinfärbung (30, 31, 32) in mehreren Farben und mit wenigstens einer, mit ihrem Farbwerk (33) versehenen Schablonenwalze (40) zur direkten Einfärbung des Stichdruckplattenzylinders (36) ausgerüstet ist, dass das erwähnte System zur Sammeleinfärbung einen Farbsammelzylinder (32) aufweist, der sich in Kontakt mit dem erwähnten Plattenzylinder (36) befindet und seinerseits von mehreren Farbselektionswalzen (31) eingefärbt wird, welche jeweils mit ihren eigenen Farbwerken (30) versehen sind, und dass das erwähnte abfahrbare Farbwerkgestellt (29) gegen ein abfahrbares Farbwerkgestell (29a) austauschbar ist, welches lediglich mehrere Schablonenwalzen (40a) zur direkten Einfärbung mit mehreren Farben aufweist.
5. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens einer (11) der erwähnten Offsetplattenzylinder der indirekt druckenden Maschine (A) eine Feuchtoffset-Druckplatte trägt, der ein Feuchtwerk (10) zugeordnet ist, während die anderen Offserplattenzylinder (8) Trockenoffset-Druckplatten tragen.

Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die indirekt druckende Maschine (A) ausserdem eine Offsetdruckeinheit, vorzugsweise eine Feuchtoffset-Druckeinheit (43, 44, 45), aufweist, deren Plattenzylinder (43) sich in Kontakt mit dem zweiten Gummizylinder (19) befindet.
7. Maschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für den Hochdruckplattenzylinder (17) in der indirekt druckenden Maschine (A) eine doppelte Einfärbung mit Hilfe zweier Bildübertragungszylinder (18) vorgesehen ist.
