Claims (10)

1. Garniture pour un battant (1), déplaçable parallèlement à lui-même, d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte, avec au moins deux bras de déploiement supérieurs (2, 3) ainsi qu'avec deux bras de déploiement inférieurs (4, 5), où au moins l'un des bras de déploiement inférieurs (4, 5), en particulier le bras (4) associé au côté de fermeture du battant, est pourvu d'un dispositif de blocage (16) actif lorsque le bras de déploiement (4) est pivoté vers l'extérieur, et dans laquelle au moins le bras de déploiement (4) inférieur, antérieur dans le sens de fermeture (28), est articulé à un chariot mobile (15) ou à un patin mobile du battant, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins sur le chariot mobile (15) ou analogue, lié au moins un bras de déploiement (4) inférieur antérieur, est monté de manière déplaçable un organe d'accrochage (18) sollicité par ressort, l'organe d'accrochage (18) sollicité par ressort ou chaque organe (18) sollicité par ressort étant réalisé en un boulon déplaçable longitudinalement dans la direction de déplacement du battant (1), et en ce que dans le bras de déploiement (4) associé est prévu un cran récepteur (17) pour l'organe d'accrochage (18), sous forme d'une entaille, d'une rainure ou analogue.

3. Garniture suivant la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le déclencheur (29) est réalisé en tampon adapté à l'extrémité avant, considérée dans le sens (28) de la fermeture par glissement, de l'organe de glissement (30), tampon qui s'appuie sur le chariot mobile (15) par l'intermédiaire du ressort (21) sollicitant l'organe d'accrochage (18).
4. Garniture suivant la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le tampon est réalisé en tampon bouchon élastique.

Garniture suivant au moins l'une des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisée en ce que l'organe de glissement (30) est réalisé en cadre déplaçable longitudinalement sur le chariot mobile, dont les branches longitudinales (26, 27) sont disposées des deux côtés du chariot mobile (15), tandis que la branche transversale (24), antérieure dans le sens (28) de fermeture par glissement, porte ou forme le déclencheur (29), et dont la branche transversale (19) porte ou forme l'organe d'accrochage (18).
6. Garniture suivant la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que la branche transversale antérieure (24) est disposée en avant du chariot mobile (15) et en ce que la branche postérieure (19) traverse transversalement un passage (38) du chariot mobile (15), placé en particulier entre les deux roues de roulement (36, 37).

Garniture suivant la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que les bords longitudinaux des deux branches longitudinales (26, 27) faites d'une tôle plane ou analogue, sont repliées pour la formation de rails de glissement (45, 46, 47, 48) et en ce que chaque rail de glissement pénètre dans une rainure de guidage du chariot mobile (15).

Garniture suivant au moins l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisée en ce que l'organe d'accrochage (18) est en forme de coin et est maintenu, au moyen d'une tige (49) sur la branche transversale postérieure (19) de l'organe de glissement (30), cette branche transversale étant guidée, de son côte supérieur et de son côté inférieur, par des guides longitudinaux (50, 51) sur le chariot mobile (15), dans la direction de déplacement du battant (1).

Garniture suivant au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le bras de déploiement (4, 5) est monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter autour d'un axe vertical (14) sur le chariot mobile (15), son extrémité, du côté du chariot mobile, traversant au moins l'une des branches longitudinales (26, 27) de l'organe de glissement (30).
10. Garniture suivant au moins l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les chariots mobiles (15) sont accouplés par un organe de liaison (35) en forme de barre.
