本发明提供能够抑制膜的熔接不充分的包装装置。包装装置(1)包括:包装部(2),将拉伸膜(F)包装在被包装物(W)上,并将包装有拉伸膜(F)的被包装物(W)沿着输送面(63a)排出;以及两个加热辊(82a、82b),对位于从包装部(2)排出的被包装物(W)的下侧的拉伸膜(F)进行加热。加热辊(82a、82b)的与被包装物(W)的接触部(84)位于输送面(63a)的上侧。在两个加热辊(82a、82b)中,加热辊(82a)的接触部(84a)相对于输送面(63a)的高度低于加热辊(82b)的接触部(84b)相对于输送面(63a)的高度。被包装物(W)位于两个加热辊(82)上时的被包装物(W)的排出方向从沿着输送面(63a)的方向朝着排出方向下游侧向上方倾斜。

背景技术
专利文献1中披露了一种用拉伸的膜覆盖被包装物并使该膜的周缘部在被包装物的下侧重叠来包装被包装物的包装装置。该包装装置包括对位于已被包装的被包装物的下侧的膜加热的加热部。在该包装装置中,通过使重叠的膜的周缘部与加热部的上表面接触而将膜热封(熔接)。

发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
上述那样的包装装置中存在一种包括加热辊作为加热部的装置。通常设有多个加热辊。通常,多个加热辊各自的与被包装物的接触部(上表面)配置在相同的高度位置。在这些加热辊中,为了使其与被包装物接触,加热辊的接触部相比于向加热辊排出被包装物的输送面稍微位于更上侧一点。在这种构成的情况下,当被包装物登上加热辊时,被包装物成为攀上排出方向上游侧的加热辊的状态,被包装物向上方倾斜。在被包装物向上方倾斜的状态下,被包装物只与靠近输送面的上游侧的一个辊接触,被包装物并不与下游侧的加热辊接触。由此,无法充分得到加热辊与膜的接触时间,膜的熔接有可能不充分。
因此,本发明的一方面的目的在于,提供能够抑制膜的熔接不充分的包装装置。
用于解决技术问题的方案
本发明的一方面所涉及的包装装置用被拉伸后的膜覆盖被包装物,并使膜的周缘部在被包装物的下侧重叠来进行热封,包装装置包括:包装部,将膜包装(装着)在被包装物上,并将包装有膜的被包装物沿着输送面排出;以及多个加热辊,对位于从包装部排出的被包装物的下侧的膜进行加热,多个加热辊中的至少两个加热辊的与被包装物的接触部位于输送面的上侧,在两个加热辊中,排出方向上游侧的加热辊的接触部相对于输送面的高度低于排出方向下游侧的加热辊的接触部相对于输送面的高度,被包装物位于两个加热辊上时的被包装物的排出方向从沿着输送面的方向朝着排出方向下游侧向上方倾斜。
在该包装装置中,被包装物位于两个加热辊上时的被包装物的排出方向从沿着输送面的方向朝着排出方向下游侧向上方倾斜。即,位于两个加热辊上的被包装物成为相对于输送面向斜上方倾斜的状态。因此,能够在从包装部中排出的被包装物攀上上游侧的加热辊而成为倾斜状态时,使被包装物的前端侧与下游侧的加热辊接触。因此,在该包装装置中,能够确保被包装物与加热辊的接触时间,从而能够抑制膜的熔接不充分。
在一实施方式中,多个加热辊也可以分别为相同形状。由此,加热辊的零部件可以通用(共通)。
在一实施方式中,也可以包括使加热辊的接触部相对于输送面的高度变更的高度变更机构。由此,能够根据被包装物的形状来改变加热辊的接触部相对于输送面的高度。因此,即使在被包装物的形态不同的情况下,也能够使多个加热辊分别与被包装物的下侧接触。
在一实施方式中,也可以是,被包装物为在托盘上放置有商品的被包装物,包装装置还包括:控制高度变更机构的动作的控制部;以及存储与商品相关的商品信息的存储部,控制部从存储部中取得商品信息,根据该商品信息而使加热辊的接触部相对于输送面的高度变更。由此,能够根据所取得的商品信息适当地设定加热辊的接触部相对于输送面的高度。
发明效果
根据本发明的一方面,能够抑制膜的熔接不充分。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来对本发明的一方面的优选实施方式进行详细说明。需要注意的是,在图的说明中对相同或相当的构成部分标注相同的符号,并省略其重复的说明。
图1是示出一实施方式所涉及的包装装置的外观的立体图。图2是示出图1所示的包装装置的内部构成的主视图。图3是示出包装装置的内部构成的侧视图。图4是从上侧观察到的包装装置的内部构成图。图5是示出包装装置的构成的框图。在以下的说明中,将图2中的上下方向作为包装装置1的“上下方向”,将左右方向作为包装装置1的“左右方向”,将图3中的左右方向作为包装装置1的“前后方向”。
图1~图5中所示的包装装置1是对被包装物W进行拉伸包装的装置。包装装置1将在托盘T上放置有生鲜食品等商品G的被包装物W从下侧往上推向作为被拉伸后的包装材料的拉伸膜F。包装装置1使拉伸膜F的周缘部在托盘T的下侧重叠(折入)。包装装置1将该重叠部分热封。由此,包装装置1将被包装物W拉伸包装。本实施方式的包装装置1除具有膜包装功能以外,还具有计量功能以及贴标签标价功能。
包装装置1包括:计量输入机构10、升降机机构20、辊筒支撑机构30、膜送出机构40、膜输送机构50、折入机构60、按压机构(外力施加部)70、加热机构(加热部)80、控制部90、标签打印机100以及标签发放机110。在本实施方式中,包装部2包括升降机机构20、膜送出机构40、膜输送机构50以及折入机构60。包装部2将拉伸膜F包装(裹)在被包装物W上。包装部2沿着输送面63a(后述)排出包装(裹)有拉伸膜F的被包装物W。
[计量输入机构]
计量输入机构10对被包装物W的商品G进行计量。计量输入机构10向包装装置1输入被包装物W。计量输入机构10设于包装装置1的主体3的正面中央部。计量输入机构10具有:计量器12、推出杆13、传送机14以及照相机15。计量器12对放置于计量托盘11上的被包装物W的重量进行计量。推出杆13将被包装物W推向升降机机构20一侧。传送机14将被推出杆13推出的被包装物W输送至升降机机构20。照相机15对被包装物W摄像。计量输入机构10的动作通过控制部90来控制。
计量器12对被包装物W进行计量。计量器12将表示被包装物W的重量的信息输出至控制部90。推出杆13设于计量托盘11上。推出杆13沿着计量托盘11的宽度方向延伸。推出杆13在初始位置时位于计量托盘11的前端部。推出杆13设置成通过未图示的驱动装置而能在前后方向上移动。传送机14设于计量托盘11的后端侧。传送机14设置成通过未图示的驱动装置而能在左右方向上移动。照相机15对放置于计量托盘11上的被包装物W摄像。照相机15将拍摄到的图像信息输出至控制部90。
如图3所示,当被包装物W被放置于计量器12上时,计量输入机构10通过计量器12计量被包装物W的重量。计量输入机构10通过配置于计量托盘11上方的照相机15对被包装物W摄像。计量输入机构10利用照相机15对被包装物W摄像。然后,计量输入机构10通过推出杆13将被包装物W推出至升降机机构20一侧。然后,计量输入机构10通过传送机14将被包装物W输送至升降机机构20。
计量输入机构10具有被包装物W的定心机构。具体而言,计量输入机构10根据基于照相机15所拍摄到的图像而取得的被包装物W的位置来使传送机14动作,对被包装物W进行定心。详细而言,计量输入机构10根据计量托盘11上的被包装物W的位置而使传送机14的位置在左右方向上移动。计量输入机构10使传送机14相对于被推出杆13推出的被包装物W位于正面(中央)。当被包装物W位于传送机14上时,计量输入机构10使传送机14的位置移动至作为初始位置的中央部。计量输入机构10随后通过传送机14将被包装物W输送至升降机机构20。由此,即使在被包装物W被放置于计量托盘11的中央部以外的位置上的情况下,计量输入机构10也总是使被包装物W在相同位置上向升降机机构20送出。
[升降机机构]
升降机机构20将被包装物W推向上方。升降机机构20设于计量输入机构10的后方侧。当从计量输入机构10接收到被包装物W时,升降机机构20将被包装物W推向上方。升降机机构20具有:支撑底座21、多个支撑杆22、支撑件23以及电动滚珠丝杆机构24。多个支撑杆22固定于支撑底座21上。支撑件23旋转自如地设置于各支撑杆22各自的上端部。支撑件23支撑托盘T的底面。电动滚珠丝杆机构24使支撑底座21上下移动。升降机机构20的动作通过控制部90来控制。
在升降机机构20中,随着利用电动滚珠丝杆机构24的支撑底座21的移动,支撑杆22以及支撑件23在上下方向上移动。各支撑杆22在其中央部分具有向前后左右折弯的铰链(未图示)。由此,各支撑杆22在后述的第一折入板61、第二折入板62以及第三折入板63进入托盘T的下部时暂时性地倒下。
[辊筒支撑机构]
辊筒支撑机构30保持膜辊筒R。在本实施方式中,辊筒支撑机构30分别设于主体3的两侧。即,在包装装置1中,能够使用两个膜辊筒R。具有伸缩性的拉伸膜F多重缠绕在膜辊筒R上。一个膜辊筒R的拉伸膜F与另一个膜辊筒R的拉伸膜F既可以为相同的种类,也可以为不同的种类。在本实施方式中,两个膜辊筒R为相同的种类。拉伸膜F各自例如为聚烯烃类或氯乙烯等。辊筒支撑机构30能自动切换地保持多个膜辊筒R。在辊筒支撑机构30中,根据拉伸膜F的剩余量进行膜辊筒R的切换。具体而言,在当前供包装的膜辊筒R的外径成为规定直径以下时,辊筒支撑机构30受到控制部90的控制而自动切换至另外的膜辊筒R。膜辊筒R的外径例如可以用传感器等测量来进行检测。作为规定直径,例如可以设为90mm。
辊筒支撑机构30具有辊筒杆(ロールバー)31。辊筒杆31***并穿过(挿通)膜辊筒R,通过保持架等保持膜辊筒R。辊筒杆31各自被旋转自如地支撑于主体3,由一个膜辊筒驱动电机32驱动。膜辊筒驱动电机32能正反旋转。膜辊筒驱动电机32在正转时驱动一个辊筒杆31,在反转时驱动另一个辊筒杆31。
[膜送出机构]
膜送出机构40将从膜辊筒R上拉出的拉伸膜F移交给后述的膜输送机构50的第一进给器单元51以及第二进给器单元52。如图2所示,膜送出机构40具有:抽出辊41、抽出电机42、膜***板单元43以及膜***板驱动电机44。抽出电机42使抽出辊41驱动。膜***板驱动电机44使膜***板单元43上下移动。
抽出辊41是从膜辊筒R抽出拉伸膜F的辊。抽出辊41沿膜辊筒R的宽度方向(包装装置1的前后方向)延伸。抽出辊41位于支撑膜辊筒R的辊筒支撑机构30的上方。抽出辊41在左右方向上配置于辊筒杆31的外侧。抽出辊41经由带45而与抽出电机42连结,通过抽出电机42的运转而旋转。
膜***板单元43包括两张板部件46、47。如图2所示,膜***板单元43配置于被辊筒支撑机构30支撑的膜辊筒R的上方。
膜***板驱动电机44使膜***板单元43上下移动。膜***板驱动电机44通过连杆机构使膜***板单元43上下移动。通过膜***板驱动电机44使膜***板单元43移动,从而膜送出机构40将被辊筒支撑机构30支撑的膜辊筒R的拉伸膜F移交给膜输送机构50。膜***板驱动电机44的动作通过控制部90来控制。
[膜输送机构]
膜输送机构50接收通过膜送出机构40而从膜辊筒R抽出的拉伸膜F。膜输送机构50将拉伸膜F输送至升降机机构20的中央部分。膜输送机构50将该拉伸膜F拉伸并保持。膜输送机构50具有:第一进给器单元51、第二进给器单元52、第一进给器移动单元53、第二进给器移动单元54以及进给器驱动单元55。
如图3所示,第一进给器单元51与第二进给器单元52相对配置。第一进给器单元51配置于包装装置1的前方侧。第二进给器单元52配置于包装装置1的后方侧。第一进给器单元51和第二进给器单元52用上下的带夹着被横向进给的拉伸膜F的两侧部,通过进给器驱动单元55的运转来输送拉伸膜F。
第一进给器单元51和第二进给器单元52各自被滑动轴56、57移动自如地支撑。滑动轴56、57沿拉伸膜F的宽度方向(包装装置1的前后方向)延伸。第一进给器移动单元53使第一进给器单元51沿着滑动轴56、57的延伸方向(拉伸膜F的宽度方向)移动。第二进给器移动单元54使第二进给器单元52沿着滑动轴56、57的延伸方向移动。
第一进给器单元51及第二进给器单元52各自具有多个夹具(未图示)。多个夹具通过螺线管而动作,进行拉伸膜F的保持以及保持的解除。
膜输送机构50具有切割器部58。切割器部58切断拉伸膜F。具体而言,在从膜送出机构40移交到膜输送机构50的拉伸膜F在膜输送机构50中输送了规定量之后,切割器部58切断拉伸膜F。切割器部58在膜送出机构40与膜输送机构50之间切断拉伸膜F。切割器部58具有比拉伸膜F的宽度尺寸大的切断刀58a。切割器部58利用致动器使切断刀58a移动来切断拉伸膜F。切割器部58的动作通过控制部90来控制。
如图2所示,设有两个切割器部58。一个切割器部58切断从右侧的膜辊筒R抽出的拉伸膜F。另一个切割器部58切断从左侧的膜辊筒R抽出的拉伸膜F。
[折入机构]
折入机构60将拉伸膜F折入托盘T的下侧。折入机构60使拉伸膜F的周缘部在托盘T的下侧重叠。如图2及图3所示,折入机构60具有第一折入板61、第二折入板62、第三折入板63以及折入棒64。
第一折入板61和第二折入板62将拉伸膜F的输送方向的两端部折入托盘T的下侧。如图2所示,第一折入板61和第二折入板62被设置在相同的高度位置。通过未图示的电机和正时带使第一折入板61和第二折入板62设置成能水平移动。电机的动作通过控制部90来控制。
第三折入板63将拉伸膜F的第二进给器单元52侧的侧部折入托盘T的下侧。第三折入板63位于第一折入板61及第二折入板62的上方。通过未图示的电机和正时带使第三折入板63设置成能水平移动。电机的动作通过控制部90来控制。第三折入板63的上表面将拉伸膜F的第二进给器单元52侧的侧部折入托盘T的下侧。然后,包装有拉伸膜F的被包装物W被载置于第三折入板63的上表面上。因此,第三折入板63的上表面成为通过包装部将被包装物W向沿着该上表面的方向排出的输送面63a。
折入棒64将拉伸膜F的第一进给器单元51侧的侧部折入托盘T的下侧。折入棒64被配置成在通过向排出台66推出托盘T的排出推进器65排出托盘T时将该侧部折入托盘T的下侧。
如图2所示,排出推进器65被左右一分为二,以免与后述的按压机构70的按压板73以及按压辊74接触。排出推进器65从图3中的右侧朝着左侧(从包装装置1的后方朝着前方)水平移动,将包装有拉伸膜F的被包装物W沿着输送面63a排出。因此,包装装置1的后方侧成为排出方向上游侧,包装装置1的前方侧成为排出方向下游侧。需要注意的是,被包装物W的排出方向基本上沿着包装装置1的前后方向。不过,如后所述,至少在被包装物W位于加热辊82上时,被包装物W的排出方向从沿着输送面63a的方向朝着排出方向下游侧向上方倾斜。
[按压机构]
按压机构70对位于后述的加热辊82上的被包装物W施加外力。按压机构70对被包装物W施加外力,以使加热辊82与被包装物W的接触压(接圧)增大。按压机构70具有:伺服电机71、与伺服电机71连接的臂72、与臂72连接的按压板73以及设于按压板73的多个按压辊74。
臂72的一端部与伺服电机71连接。臂72与伺服电机71的动作联动地摆动。按压板73与臂72的另一端部连接。按压板73以维持水平的方式被安装于臂72。按压辊74被设置于按压板73的前端部。按压辊74例如为以硅为原材料的海绵状的辊。按压辊74旋转自如地安装于按压板73。在按压机构70中,当臂72随着伺服电机71的驱动而摆动时,按压板73的高度位置随之发生变化。
按压机构70将被包装物W按在加热辊82上。关于被包装物W,边通过排出推进器65将托盘T推出至排出台66的同时,边将拉伸膜F折入托盘T之下。按压机构70在由加热机构80对该拉伸膜F进行热封时,将被包装物W压抵于加热辊82。由此,加热辊82与被包装物W的接触压增大。按压机构70按压被包装物W的力以及按压时间通过伺服电机71的驱动来调整。伺服电机71的动作通过控制部90来控制。
在被包装物W被升降机机构20推上并停住时,按压机构70通过按压板73等的自重压住被包装物W。此时,伺服电机71没有驱动。由此,按压机构70抑制被包装物W姿势崩塌颠倒。
[加热机构]
加热机构80对在托盘T的下侧重叠的拉伸膜F加热而进行热封。加热机构80具有:多个输送辊81、多个加热辊82以及高度变更机构83。加热机构80边通过输送辊81及加热辊82输送被排出推进器65推出的被包装物W的同时,边对其进行热封。
多个输送辊81配置于加热辊82的前后。多个输送辊81例如夹着加热辊82而配置。多个输送辊81旋转自如地被未图示的支撑机构支撑。
多个加热辊82对位于从包装部2排出的被包装物W下侧的拉伸膜F进行加热。多个加热辊82包括靠近输送面63a地配置于排出方向上游侧的加热辊82a和配置于排出方向下游侧的加热辊82b。多个加热辊82旋转自如地被高度变更机构83支撑。加热辊82a及加热辊82b各自被配置成与被包装物W的接触部84a及接触部84b位于输送面63a的上侧。加热辊82a及加热辊82b被配置成加热辊82a的接触部84a相对于输送面63a的高度比加热辊82b的接触部84b相对于输送面63a的高度低。加热辊82a及加热辊82b各自也可以设为相同形状。
加热辊82为筒状。在加热辊82的内部***有圆柱状的加热器(未图示)。加热器为电气式筒形加热器。加热器不与加热辊82接触。由此,加热器不与加热辊82一起旋转。
加热辊82a加热拉伸膜F的温度与加热辊82b加热拉伸膜F的温度既可以是相同的,也可以是不同的。在加热辊82a及加热辊82b各自加热拉伸膜F的温度不同的构成中,例如,在被包装物W位于两个加热辊82上时,暂时停止排出推进器65对被包装物W的输送,从而拉伸膜F重叠的部分位于接触部84a上,且拉伸膜F未重叠的部分位于接触部84b上。这时,使加热辊82a加热拉伸膜F的温度高于加热辊82b加热拉伸膜F的温度。由此,在拉伸膜F重叠的部分与拉伸膜F未重叠的部分之间,能够以各自适合的温度加热拉伸膜F。其结果,能够可靠地将拉伸膜F热封。
高度变更机构83支撑加热辊82。高度变更机构83使被包装物W与加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度变更。高度变更机构83例如将伺服电机的动作通过蜗轮传动装置等转换成上下方向的动作。高度变更机构83被控制部90控制其动作。控制部90从后述的存储部96中取得商品G的商品信息。控制部90根据该商品信息控制高度变更机构83,以使加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度变更。
[控制部]
控制部90控制包装装置1的动作。控制部90是包括CPU91、ROM92以及RAM93的计算机。控制部90与构成包装装置1的各部连接。ROM92中存储有用于控制包装装置1的控制程序。CPU91根据存储在ROM92中的控制程序控制包装装置1。RAM93作为CPU91执行存储在ROM92中的控制程序时的工作区而发挥作用。另外,控制部90具有显示面板94、操作键95以及扫描器SC(条形码阅读器)。显示面板94是触摸面板式显示器,在面板上还配置有操作按钮。
控制部90控制上述各机构的动作。控制部90根据表示由计量输入机构10所计量出的商品G的重量的信号进行商品G的价格的算出等。控制部90控制将商品G的重量、价格等印刷在标签上的标签打印机100及标签发放机110的动作。
在控制部90上连接有存储部96。存储部96存储膜数据库DB1、商品数据库DB2以及托盘数据库DB3。在膜数据库DB1中按每个拉伸膜F的种类存储有关于多个种类的拉伸膜F的性状的数据。具体而言,在膜数据库DB1中对应每个膜编号存储有拉伸膜F的厚度、材质、膜宽度等数据。
在商品数据库DB2中按每个商品G的种类存储有关于商品G的商品信息(单价数据、商品G的性状)的数据。具体而言,在商品数据库DB2中对应每个商品G的调用编号(呼び出しナンバー)存储有商品G的形状等数据、商品G的单价数据、所被使用的一个或多个托盘T的托盘编号等数据。在商品数据库DB2中,与表示该商品G的商品信息的条形码C建立对应地存储有关于商品G的商品信息的数据。并且,在商品数据库DB2中,商品G的种类与加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度建立对应地被存储。
在托盘数据库DB3中按每个托盘T的种类存储有关于托盘T的性状的数据。在托盘数据库DB3中对应每个托盘编号存储有托盘T的大小、形状、材质、皮重(托盘重量、或者托盘重量加上膜重量后的重量)等数据。
各数据库DB1、DB2、DB3能改写来进行数据更新。可通过经由显示面板94以及操作键95等进行的输入、或者从外部装置传送的数据的接收等来更新数据。
控制部90从存储部96中取得商品G的商品信息,根据该商品信息控制高度变更机构83。控制部90控制高度变更机构83,使加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度变更。具体而言,控制部90从存储部96中取得与包装装置1的操作者通过显示面板94或操作键95所选择的商品(数字)对应的商品信息。控制部90根据所取得的商品信息控制高度变更机构83。商品信息也可以通过条形码来取得。具体而言,控制部90从存储部96中取得与包装装置1的操作者用扫描器SC所读取的条形码C对应的商品信息。在这种情况下,如图6所示,也可以对包装装置1的操作者显示指引。作为指引,例如,可以与表示用扫描器SC读取条形码C的情形的图像一起显示“请用扫描器扫描商品编号条形码”等文本。
[标签打印机]
标签打印机100将商品信息、商品G的重量以及价格等印刷于标签上。标签打印机100根据控制部90的指示输出印刷好的标签。标签打印机100设有多台。多个标签打印机100被设置为能自动切换。根据标签的剩余量,通过控制部90自动地切换各标签打印机100。具体而言,在当前供于包装的标签打印机100中的标签的剩余张数在规定张数以下的情况下,自动地切换为另外的标签打印机100。可通过用检测该标签的剩余量的传感器等进行计测来取得标签的剩余张数。或者,可通过从当前供于包装的一卷标签卷上的所有标签张数中减去已发放的标签张数来取得标签的剩余张数。
[标签发放机]
标签发放机110将标签粘贴在包装于被包装物W上的拉伸膜F上。标签发放机110接收从标签打印机100中输出的标签。在通过排出推进器65正将被包装物W朝着排出台66推出时,标签发放机110将标签粘贴在被包装物W上。
接着,参照图7A、图7B、图8A、图8B以及图9对包装装置1的动作进行说明。图7A~图9是用于说明包装装置的动作的图。
在包装装置1中,在显示面板94或操作键95上选择商品G。如图7A所示,当将被包装物W放置在计量托盘11上时,包装装置1用计量器12计量被包装物W,且用照相机15对被包装物W摄像。如图7B所示,包装装置1的计量输入机构10将被包装物W输送至升降机机构20。
另外,通过膜送出机构40将拉伸膜F从膜辊筒R移交至膜输送机构50。拉伸膜F被切割器部58的切断刀58a切断,成为一片长方形状的拉伸膜F。拉伸膜F被两进给器单元51、52运送至升降机机构20的上方。于是,拉伸膜F在升降机机构20的上方由于各夹具的动作而成为拉伸膜F的周围被强力地保持的状态。
然后,升降机机构20朝着周围、尤其是两侧部被如此强有力地保持着的拉伸膜F将商品G以及托盘T往上推。于是,周围被强有力地保持着的拉伸膜F以覆盖商品G以及托盘T的上部的方式伸展(参照图8A)。
在该状态下,第一折入板61、第二折入板62以及第三折入板63水平移动至托盘T的下侧。此时,在适当的时机,处于正面侧(在图8A以及图8B中为左侧)的夹具以外的夹具解除拉伸膜F的保持。由此,拉伸膜F的周围三条边被折入托盘T的下侧。然后,排出推进器65将托盘T向排出台66侧推出。尚未被折入的正面侧的拉伸膜F的一条边碰到折入棒64。随着托盘T向排出台66侧的移动,向托盘T的下侧折入(参照图8B)。处于正面侧的夹具在此时解除拉伸膜F的保持。并且,在该移动过程中,被折入托盘T的下侧的拉伸膜F被热封。在托盘T被排出至图9所示的位置时,成为拉伸膜F覆盖了整个商品G以及托盘T的包装完成状态。
接着,参照图10A、图10B、图10C、图10D以及图10E,对通过包装装置1进行的被包装物W的热封进行详细说明。图10A~图10E是用于说明通过本实施方式所涉及的包装装置所进行的热封的图。
如图10A~图10E所示,被包装物W的拉伸膜F被两个加热辊82加热而被热封。具体而言,如图10A所示,通过包装部2而被包装有拉伸膜F的被包装物W被排出推进器65沿着输送面63a从后方向前方推出。接下来,如图10B所示,被排出推进器65推出的被包装物W成为攀至加热辊82a上的状态。被包装物W的排出方向下游侧(前端侧)向上方倾斜。接着,如图10C所示,被包装物W保持前端侧向上方倾斜的状态被排出推进器65从后方向前方进一步推出。被包装物W的前端侧到达加热辊82b的前方。如图10D所示,被包装物W成为位于两个加热辊82上的状态。然后,如图10E所示,被包装物W被排出推进器65进一步向前方侧推出。当被包装物W的后端部到达加热辊82b的前方时,结束热封。
图11A、图11B、图11C、图11D以及图11E是用于说明通过比较例所涉及的包装装置进行的热封的图。如图11A~图11E所示,比较例所涉及的包装装置在加热辊82a的接触部84a相对于输送面63a的高度与加热辊82b的接触部84b相对于输送面63a的高度大致为同一高度这一点上与本实施方式的包装装置1不同。包装的动作与包装装置1同样。
在为这种构成的情况下,如图11C以及图11D所示,在被包装物W位于加热辊82a上时,被包装物W的排出方向从沿着输送面63a的方向朝着排出方向下游侧暂时向上方倾斜。但随后,在被包装物W位于两个加热辊82上时,被包装物W的排出方向变为与沿着输送面63a的方向大致平行。也就是说,如图11C所示,可能会出现被包装物W只与加热辊82a接触,而被包装物W不与加热辊82b接触的状态。在这种情况下,拉伸膜F实质上只由一个加热辊82加热。无法充分地获得加热辊82与拉伸膜F的接触时间。
关于这一点,在本实施方式所涉及的包装装置1中,加热辊82a被配置成加热辊82a的接触部84a相对于输送面63a的高度比加热辊82b的接触部84b相对于输送面63a的高度低。因此,如图10C以及图10D所示,被包装物W的排出方向不仅在被包装物W位于加热辊82a上时,而且在被包装物W位于两个加热辊82上时,也是从沿着输送面63a的方向朝着排出方向下游侧向上方倾斜。因此,被包装物W的前端侧能够与加热辊82b接触,从而能够避免出现被包装物W只与加热辊82a接触而不与加热辊82b接触的状态。因此,在该包装装置1中,能够确保被包装物W与加热辊82的接触时间。
并且,在包装装置1中设有高度变更机构83。通过该高度变更机构83来变更加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度。由此,能够根据被包装物W的形状而改变加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度。因此,即使在被包装物W的形态不同的情况下,加热辊82a以及加热辊82b各自也均与被包装物W的下侧接触。
如以上所说明地,在包装装置1中,两个加热辊82(加热辊82a以及加热辊82b)与被包装物W的接触部84位于输送面63a的上侧,并使加热辊82a的接触部84a相对于输送面63a的高度低于加热辊82b的接触部84b相对于输送面63a的高度。由此,被包装物W位于两个加热辊82上时的被包装物W的排出方向从沿着输送面63a的方向朝着排出方向下游侧向上方倾斜。其结果,位于两个加热辊82上的被包装物W成为相对于输送面63a向斜上方倾斜的状态。因此,能够在从包装部2排出的被包装物W攀上加热辊82a而成为倾斜状态时使被包装物W的前端侧与加热辊82b接触。因此,在该包装装置1中,能够确保被包装物W与加热辊82的接触时间,从而能够抑制拉伸膜F的熔接不充分。
在本实施方式中,加热辊82a以及加热辊82b各自设置为同一形状。由此,加热辊82的零部件可以通用。
在本实施方式中,高度变更机构83变更加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度。由此,能够根据被包装物W的形状而改变加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度。因此,即使在被包装物W的形态不同的情况下,也能够使加热辊82a及加热辊82b各自接触于被包装物W的下侧。
在本实施方式中,通过控制部90而从存储部96中取得商品信息,根据该商品信息而由控制部90控制高度变更机构83的动作,从而变更加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度。由此,能够根据所取得的商品信息适当地设定加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度。
本发明不限于上述实施方式。例如,上述实施方式的包装装置1虽然包括有两个加热辊82,但是也可以包括有三个以上。在上述实施方式中,虽然两个加热辊82分别设为相同形状,但两个加热辊82也可以彼此具有不同的外径。总之,被包装物W位于两个加热辊82上时的被包装物W的排出方向从沿着输送面63a的方向朝着排出方向下游侧向上方倾斜即可。
在上述实施方式中,虽然例示了动作由控制部90控制的高度变更机构83,但是,例如也可以是以加热辊82能旋转的方式通过弹簧等进行弹性支撑来使加热辊82的接触部84相对于输送面63a的高度变更的高度变更机构。
在上述实施方式中,虽然以对在托盘T上放置有商品G的被包装物W进行包装的形式为例进行了说明,但也可以为商品G在未被放置于托盘T上的状态下被包装的形式。

Claims (4)

1.一种包装装置,用被拉伸后的膜覆盖被包装物,并使所述膜的周缘部在所述被包装物的下侧重叠来进行热封,所述包装装置包括:
包装部,将所述膜包装在所述被包装物上,并将包装有所述膜的所述被包装物沿着输送面排出;以及
多个加热辊,对位于从所述包装部排出的所述被包装物的下侧的所述膜进行加热,
多个所述加热辊中的至少两个所述加热辊的与所述被包装物的接触部位于所述输送面的上侧,
在两个所述加热辊中,排出方向上游侧的所述加热辊的所述接触部相对于所述输送面的高度低于排出方向下游侧的所述加热辊的所述接触部相对于所述输送面的高度,
所述被包装物位于两个所述加热辊上时的所述被包装物的排出方向从沿着所述输送面的方向朝着所述排出方向下游侧向上方倾斜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的包装装置,其中,
多个所述加热辊分别为相同形状。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的包装装置,其中,所述包装装置还包括:
高度变更机构,使所述加热辊的所述接触部相对于所述输送面的高度变更。
4.根据权利要求3所述的包装装置,其中,
所述被包装物为在托盘上放置有商品的被包装物,
所述包装装置还包括:
控制所述高度变更机构的动作的控制部;以及
存储与所述商品相关的商品信息的存储部,
所述控制部从所述存储部中取得所述商品信息,根据该商品信息而使所述加热辊的所述接触部相对于所述输送面的高度变更。
