Abstract

Il metodo per l'avvolgimento di risme (1) di carta prevede una squadratura e compattamento della risma (1), in arrivo secondo una direzione di alimentazione (A) orizzontale su un primo nastro motorizzato (2), mediante contrasto con una paratia verticale di testa (3); uno svolgimento dal basso di carta (5) da imballo su un terzo nastro (6), una interposizione, dal basso, di un portale (7) presentante una luce di apertura almeno pari allo spessore della risma (1) con conseguente sollevamento della carta (5) svolta così da definire una parete di intercettazione della testa della risma (1) in avanzamento in modo da effettuare un primo avvolgimento della testa e di parte della risma (1); un taglio della carta d'imballo (5), a risma (1) ferma, in corrispondenza del portale (7) con contemporanea spruzzatura di collante sul lembo (5a) definito dal taglio; un sollevamento di un secondo portale (8) analogo al primo in corrispondenza dell'estremità iniziale del terzo nastro (6) con conseguente sollevamento della rimanente porzione della carta (5) ed inversione della direzione di avanzamento (A) del terzo nastro (6) così da permettere il passaggio della corda della risma (1) all'interno del secondo portale (8) in modo tale da avvolgere completamente la risma (1) con sovrapposizione ed incollaggio dei lembi.(FIG. 1a).
