Abstract
【解決手段】包装装置1は、被包装物WにストレッチフィルムFを装着すると共に、ストレッチフィルムFを装着した被包装物Wを搬送面63aに沿って排出する包装部2と、包装部2から排出された被包装物Wの下側に位置するストレッチフィルムFを加熱する2つのヒータローラ82a,82bと、を備える。ヒータローラ82a,82bは、被包装物Wとの接触部84が搬送面63aよりも上側に位置している。2つのヒータローラ82a,82bにおいて、ヒータローラ82aの接触部84aの搬送面63aに対する高さは、ヒータローラ82bの接触部84bの搬送面63aに対する高さよりも低くなっている。被包装物Wが2つのヒータローラ82上に位置する時の被包装物Wの排出方向は、搬送面63aに沿った方向から排出方向下流側に向かって上方に傾斜する。

Description
計量搬入機構10は、被包装物Wの商品Gを計量すると共に包装装置1に被包装物Wを搬入する。計量搬入機構10は、包装装置1の本体3の正面中央部に設けられている。計量搬入機構10は、計量トレー11に載置された被包装物Wの重量を計量する計量器12と、被包装物Wをリフター機構20側に押し出す押出バー13と、押出バー13で押し出された被包装物Wをリフター機構20に搬送する搬送コンベア14と、被包装物Wを撮像するカメラ15と、を有している。計量搬入機構10の動作は、制御部90により制御される。
リフター機構20は、被包装物Wを上方に押し上げる。リフター機構20は、計量搬入機構10の後方側に設けられている。リフター機構20は、計量搬入機構10から被包装物Wを受け取ると、被包装物Wを上方に押し上げる。リフター機構20は、支持ベース21と、支持ベース21上に固定された複数の支持バー22と、各支持バー22それぞれの上端部において回動自在に設けられており、トレーTの底面を支持する支持部材23と、支持ベース21を上下に移動させる電動ボールねじ機構24と、を有している。リフター機構20の動作は、制御部90により制御される。
ロール支持機構30は、フィルムロールRを保持する。本実施形態では、ロール支持機構30は、本体3の両側にそれぞれ設けられている。すなわち、包装装置1は、2本のフィルムロールRを使用することができる。フィルムロールRは、伸縮性を有するストレッチフィルムFが多重に巻き付けられている。一のフィルムロールRのストレッチフィルムFと、他のフィルムロールRのストレッチフィルムFとは、同じ種類であってもよいし、異なる種類であってもよい。本実施形態では、2本のフィルムロールRは、同じ種類である。ストレッチフィルムFのそれぞれは、例えば、ポリオレフィン系、又は、塩化ビニール等である。ロール支持機構30は、自動的に切り替え可能に複数のフィルムロールRを保持している。ロール支持機構30では、ストレッチフィルムFの残量に基づいてフィルムロールRの切替えが行われる。具体的には、現在包装に供しているフィルムロールRの外径が所定径以下となった場合、ロール支持機構30が制御部90によって制御されて、別のフィルムロールRに自動的に切り替えられる。フィルムロールRの外径は、例えばセンサ等で計測することで検出することができる。所定径としては、例えば90mmとすることができる。
フィルム送り出し機構40は、フィルムロールRから引き出されたストレッチフィルムFを、後述するフィルム搬送機構50の第1フィーダユニット51及び第2フィーダユニット52に受け渡す。フィルム送り出し機構40は、図2に示されるように、繰り出しローラ41と、繰り出しローラ41を駆動させる繰り出しモータ42と、フィルム差し込み板ユニット43と、フィルム差し込み板ユニット43を上下移動させるフィルム差し込み板駆動モータ44と、を有している。
フィルム搬送機構50は、フィルムロールRからフィルム送り出し機構40によって繰り出されたストレッチフィルムFを受け取って、ストレッチフィルムFをリフター機構20の中央部分に搬送し、当該ストレッチフィルムFを引き伸ばして保持する。フィルム搬送機構50は、第1フィーダユニット51と、第2フィーダユニット52と、第1フィーダ移動ユニット53と、第2フィーダ移動ユニット54と、フィーダ駆動ユニット55と、を有している。
折り込み機構60は、ストレッチフィルムFをトレーTの下側に折り込み、トレーTの下側でストレッチフィルムFの周縁部を重畳させる。折り込み機構60は、図2及び図3に示されるように、第1折り込み板61と、第2折り込み板62と、第3折り込み板63と、折り込み棒64と、を有している。
押さえ機構70は、後述するヒータローラ82上に位置する被包装物Wに対して、ヒータローラ82と被包装物Wとの接圧が大きくなるように外力を付与する。押さえ機構70は、サーボモータ71と、サーボモータ71に接続されたアーム72と、アーム72に接続された押さえプレート73と、押さえプレート73に設けられた複数の押さえローラ74と、を有している。
加熱機構80は、トレーTの下側において重畳するストレッチフィルムFを加熱してヒートシールする。加熱機構80は、搬送ローラ81と、ヒータローラ82と、高さ変更機構83と、を有している。加熱機構80は、排出プッシャー65によって押し出される被包装物Wを、搬送ローラ81及びヒータローラ82により搬送しつつヒートシールする。
制御部90は、包装装置1の動作を制御する。制御部90は、CPU91、ROM92及びRAM93によって構成されたコンピュータであって、包装装置1を構成する各部と接続されている。ROM92には、包装装置1を制御するための制御プログラムが格納されている。CPU91は、ROM92に格納された制御プログラムに基づいて、包装装置1を制御する。RAM93は、CPU91がROM92に格納された制御プログラムを実行する際のワークメモリとして機能する。また、制御部90は、表示パネル94、操作キー95及びスキャナーSC(バーコードリーダ)を有している。表示パネル94は、タッチパネル式のディスプレイであり、パネル上に操作ボタンも配される。
ラベルプリンター100は、ラベルに商品情報、商品Gの重量、及び、価格等を印字する。ラベルプリンター100は、制御部90の指示に基づいて、ラベルを印字して出力する。ラベルプリンター100は、複数台設けられている。複数のラベルプリンター100は、自動的に切り替え可能とされている。各ラベルプリンター100は、制御部90によって、ラベルの残量に基づいて自動的に切替えが行われる。具体的には、現在包装に供しているラベルプリンター100におけるラベルの残枚数が所定枚数以下となった場合、別のラベルプリンター100に自動的に切り替えられる。ラベルの残枚数は、当該ラベルの残量を検出するセンサ等で計測することで取得することができる。あるいは、ラベルの残枚数は、現在包装に供している1巻のラベルロールにおける全ラベル枚数から発行済みラベル枚数を減算することで取得することができる。
ラベル発行機110は、被包装物Wに包装されたストレッチフィルムFにラベルを貼り付ける。ラベル発行機110は、ラベルプリンター100から出力されたラベルを受け取ると、排出プッシャー65により被包装物Wが排出台66に向かって押し出されているときに、ラベルを被包装物Wに貼り付ける。
Claims (4)
- 引き伸ばされたフィルムによって被包装物を覆うと共に、前記フィルムの周縁部を前記被包装物の下側で重畳させてヒートシールする包装装置であって、
前記被包装物に前記フィルムを装着すると共に、前記フィルムを装着した前記被包装物を搬送面に沿って排出する包装部と、
前記包装部から排出された前記被包装物の下側に位置する前記フィルムを加熱する複数のヒータローラと、を備え、
複数の前記ヒータローラのうちの少なくとも2つの前記ヒータローラは、前記被包装物との接触部が前記搬送面よりも上側に位置しており、
2つの前記ヒータローラにおいて、排出方向上流側の前記ヒータローラの前記接触部の前記搬送面に対する高さが、排出方向下流側の前記ヒータローラの前記接触部の前記搬送面に対する高さよりも低くなっており、
前記被包装物が2つの前記ヒータローラ上に位置する時の前記被包装物の排出方向は、前記搬送面に沿った方向から前記排出方向下流側に向かって上方に傾斜する、包装装置。 - 複数の前記ヒータローラのそれぞれは、同一形状である、請求項1に記載の包装装置。
- 前記ヒータローラの前記接触部の前記搬送面に対する高さを変更させる高さ変更機構を備える、請求項1又は請求項2に記載の包装装置。
- 前記被包装物は、トレーに商品が載置されたものであり、
前記高さ変更機構の動作を制御する制御部と、
前記商品に係る商品情報を記憶する記憶部と、を備え、
前記制御部は、前記商品情報を前記記憶部から取得し、当該商品情報に応じて前記ヒータローラの前記接触部の前記搬送面に対する高さを変更させる、請求項3に記載の包装装置。
